Hi,
I am thinking the cost of shipping to Germany will be very expensive. SU will not ship directly to you. Your best bet would be to find someone in the military who is a demonstrator. She can purchase $100 per month for herself. she can not hold parties with hostess gifts I think.

My oldest son has been dating a gal from Germany and he has lived there off and on for the last 6 years. She has been to Minnesota 4 times to visit and has stamped a bit with me.
