So all day today I've been hobbling around with this "thing" between my pinky toe and the one next to it. I couldn't see what it was, and when i looked, all I saw was reddish stuff so I thought it was a blister of some sort.
And it has been bugging the FIRE out of me all day long.
As I was sitting here reading the threads, I felt my blister again and stuck my hand down there to see what it was. Ladies and gentlemen, it was a piece of Tacky Tape, stuck between my toes.
Thank you, tip your waiters on the way out.
Hey! That happened to me last week, except I was trimming a new stamp set and it was a little piece of rubber. My husband thought it was so funny he called our son at college to tell him!
I started to imagine the conversation at the Dr.'s office to go something like....
" Oh, DR, my foot is really hurting"
"what seems to be the problem?"
"Right here, between the pinky and next........it all started when I was stamping this morning."
"HHmmmm well, lets have a look"
"Is it bad, Dr.?"
"aaaaha, a simple case of tape between the toes.......that'll be $499.95 on your way out!"

So, now we need another warning label, like McDonalds' infamous "Caution: Coffee is hot"?
"Warning: You must wear shoes to enter the stamping area."
And it's all your fault, Shannan. All of us barefoot stampers will be in violation of policy...
Nah...the label would be on the roll of tape and it would say,
"Caution: tape is not meant to be used to adhere items to skin. Avoid use between toes, as this may result in laughter and hilarity on the part of emergency room personnel when you end up in the ER because of the pain in your toes. Use on paper, metal, and fabric only!"
I was walking through my apartment in the late afternoon awhile back and felt something hard but squishy underfoot. I kinda screamed a little and started pounding on it, thinking it was a bug. Turns out it was an inch-long, half-inch-wide piece of trimmed rubber that I hadn't picked up from my last stamp cutting-and-mounting spree!

Whew.
Ha ha!!! I can just see you screaming and trying to squish the rubber!
The funny thing is that Shannan was probably so busy playing with a new toy that she didn't really investigate the red thingy between her toes for half a day.

Oh that is HILARIOUS, Shannan! I'm always barefoot when I'm around my stampin' stuff! The little eency snippits from the corner rounder can bite ... but at least I check it out before day's end! ROFLMBO
