Hi Everyone - Hopefully you can help me. I'm going to Minneapolis for the weekend and was wondering if there were any stamping/scrapping stores that I just have to visit! I also need the 18" cutting mats for my Carl Cutter and was wondering if I could get them over there somewhere. Any help would be great! Thanks!!
Kathy
there is Anchor Paper in Burnsville, always a treat. It is a paper store but they have expanded into scrapbooking and rubber stamps. Great place to shop. google for coupons at anchor paper burnsville and they usually have coupons for free cardstock or envelopes. well worth the quick trip. it is a little south of mpls. but with the freeways it would be only about 10 to 15 minutes.
There are actually a few Anchor Paper sites in the metro area. I think they have a website - you could check the location closest to where you will be.
Without knowing exactly where in the are you will be, it's hard to say what you need to see. As for finding mats for your Carl Cutter - I can't help you. I have no idea who might carry them.
If you haven't been to Archivers, it would be a great place to stop! If you have gone, it really hasn't changed much...but I still stop there every time I go to the cities.
Also are you going to the Mall of America?? If so, stop at Ikea...they have tons of great storage solutions for cheap and I always find something I need for my scrapping stuff!

Archiver's is in the Mall of America. I know nothing about Minneapolis other than the 48 hours I spent at Mall of America. Archiver's is always worth a stop.
