I know that there is a long thread related to this topic, but I just have to know if there is anyone else out there as sad as me. Yes, I've seen the sets on-line, but it's not the same (said with a whine in her voice). Thanks for letting me vent.
Anne in CT, soon to be in AZ (closer to SU! headquarters, even if farther away from my customers)
You're not alone! I too haven't received mine. But being in Canada it does always seem to be slower---hopefully soon! It did help that we can finally view the sets on SU! website---but I still want to hold that precious book in my hands!! LOL!!
I haven't received mine either. What worries me, is the other demonstrators I know locally did get theirs! I am so afraid I accidentally threw it away. My mailbox has been stuffed full of political advertisements these last few weeks and I haven't been careful about going through each thing. I ordered some this morning so if nothing else, I'll have a copy in a few days!

How about answering a Winter-Mini question, oh wise ones? I'm not a demo, and will eventually get it from my Demo, but in the time in between when will it be posted on the SU site? I'd like to start the wishing!!!
Thanks!

I don't have mine either. I don't have my November Stampin' Success either. I tried calling today to ask for both, but the lines were very busy. I decided it wasn't crutial enough to bug them with when they probably have other more pressing issues. I'll call back in a few days when the phone lines settle down. At least I can view them on line.
No mini here, either - rural WI.
Looking on line not much I need or like, so that's ok.
After all the excitement, guess I am not "like other women" - don't go for cute, don't need a heart alphabet, no gymnasts, no skateboarders, not a red hatter - yet - just think of the $ I'll have to spend on the other stuff I want.
I still haven't received mine!! I went to the local post office, where by the way I work part time. Nothing was there. I went through all the bulk rate mail. That is the only problem with the way the catty's are sent. They send them bulk rate, and that gets pushed aside for first class mail.
Me either. It is so disapointing, this is my first pre-order period and I really was looking forward to getting the mini.
Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

I don't think that link will work unless you are signed in. Once you sign in, click on Product Information. Just above the the table in Mellow Moss (or maybe Old Olive) click on the words "Winter Mini Catalog". It will bring up a list of all the set. Just click on set name and it will show you the images. You can also click on the samples.
No mini here either , although someone above in the Chicago area got hers today so maybe there's hope. I'm no longer holding my breath, as my summer mini showed up so late I had already ordered a supply order of catalogs and received them and had totally forgotten about the one that was supposed to come in the mail by the time it showed up.
I'm not pre-ordering (trying to hold out) but I still want it!!!
Enough about the WInter Mini blues! I am still waiting to see a HOLIDAY mini! :-(
My demo is still waiting for hers! She has called DS a number of times but none have arrived. She couldn't send them direct this quarter she said, not enough sales. Anyway, if someone has an extra one around, I would love to see a Holiday one before the Winter one. Hate to read the sequel before the first book :-)

Yeah, I kinda figured that would be a problem... but you solved the problem! lol

Don't have mine yet either (southeastern Wisconsin). I thought I was the only one so I called demo support and requested that another be sent. Guess I'll have 2 now but I can always use an extra!

Thanks!
The winter mini won't be available for customers until December 1st. It must be hard to wait when all the demos are talking about it, huh?
I'm an NC demo and haven't gotten mine yet either. I did see them onlne, but like Anne, it's not as much fun as the paper copy in your hand. sigh.
I just got my winter mini today. I wonder if SU needs to find a different printing company that can be more uniformed in getting the publications out. If its a post office problem then send the mini's out to the furthest destinations FIRST and work backwards. At least then we'll get our minis around the same time. It causes low moral to be waiting while everyone else gets their goodies.
as a non-demo it is very! hard to hear about it knowing we won't see it for a while! i have a party my demo is doing for us to make Christmas cards on the 13th, i'm hoping she will bring hers so we can see it.
can someone explain to me the comment about having enough sales for them to be sent directly, or something like that. so sometimes they come from our demo sending them and other times SU sends them to us? still learning, so very curious.
I didn't get mine either. I called SU and they are sending me one. They said I should have received it. I also did not receive my November Stampin Success. They are mailing one to me, too. By the way, I live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Bev
Stamping in Arkansas and haven't received mine either!! :( I'm good though...thanks to the wonderful SCS who reminded me to look on the demo website!! I NEED Bundle Up and the Twinkle wheel so I better go pre-order.

If a demo has enough sales in the quarter, they are able to have mini catalogs sent directly to a customer from SU, I guess so they would get them faster and save on us using postage and what not. HTH
Oh, and I still haven't gotten mine, either. I didn'y realize my Stampin' Success hadn't arrive, either. I guess I am putting a call into DS Wed, if I don't get it tomorrow.
Thanks, ReindeerTrout. I am acatalogue junkie I think! I just like to see the samples too! I can never find those on the site. (Demo only problably wich is cool - there have to be lots of perks, I understand that! :-) I do have Painted Poisettias on my wish list. The stamper 9 order goes in on the 12th so I will probably bite the bullet and order it. I have seen a lot of great cards here made with it.
I got an invite to Leadership too ... which I thought was VERY weird. I was all hoping to see my Winter Mini (it's my first preorder period, so I'm excited!), and I get the Leadership invitation, which I'm not even eligible for!!!
Some people in my city have already gotten theirs, and I'm so far on the the East Coast that if you go any farther east, you're in the ocean.
I AM impatient, but I had another question to call Demo Support about, so I went ahead and made the call. I was on hold for about six or seven minutes. A recording said during the hold time that they've pulled some of the Demo Support people from answering phones to help on the picking lines. Anyway, the woman on the phone said another catalog would be sent to me, but she couldn't tell me which postal service method would be used. (I wanted to know because I figure, if it's bulk mail, it might not get here forever. If it's first class, though, I have hope.)
Now, before this, I had been thinking that they shouldn't waste time hiring and training new people to pick and ship orders. But now I'm rethinking that. Since the Riverton warehouse is mostly up and running, shouldn't they be hiring more people right now?? At least enough people to allow the folks at Demo Support to stay at their jobs?
I'm a fairly new demo, and I'm **IN LOVE** with SU. They've done some great things for me personally (including some things that I KNOW no other direct sales company would do) and are a great company. But lately it seems like it's one step forward, two steps back. I know things will get better, but if I were Shelli Gardner right now ... I'd be pulling my hair out!
I'm sympathetic. But I'm also kinda annoyed. CUZ I WANT THAT MINI CATALOG!!!
I didn't receive mine today so I called DS and was told they would be sending one out to me. I borrowed one from a demo friend that only lives a couple of miles away and she got hers just fine and on time. I sure hope my customers get theirs, one time they didn't even though DS showed they had been mailed out.
