Based om the samples I am not very enthusiastic about this mini.....then again once you all start making cards I know I'll fall in love with something!!! I don't think I got my Stampin Success either....I'll have to check out my pile....
as a non-demo it is very! hard to hear about it knowing we won't see it for a while! i have a party my demo is doing for us to make Christmas cards on the 13th, i'm hoping she will bring hers so we can see it.
can someone explain to me the comment about having enough sales for them to be sent directly, or something like that. so sometimes they come from our demo sending them and other times SU sends them to us? still learning, so very curious.
One clarification - if you have enough sales you get so many sent free. I rarely get enough sales, so pay for my steady customers to get theirs mailed and then order a package to have on hand. But still won't be here before 12/1.
This transition thing is difficult. I called demo support yesterday. After being on hold and then holding for the young lady to get an answer, I was told replacements probably wouldn't ship until December. She told me where to find it on the web site - but it's not like having it in hand - especially when you can't see the set and the samples at the same time and have to wait for windows to pop up. Sounds very strange with the hit and miss of delivery. I understand the changing over of computer systems, etc. I imagine we might get some little bennie for being inconvenienced so much over the last few couple of months. I was so pumped up from conference and then not being able to get things that excited me at conference - frustrating. BUT, I love the product and know it will all level out. I've not been with the company when they have done other moves and I'm sure there are a GOOD bunch of us who haven't so any real long timers out there with words of patience and calm? Heavy sigh - AND I did like what I saw on the web site - just wish they would also show it actual size. Okay, enough whining. I'm off to Tallahassee for some serious shopping today. Still no mini catalog for me either, BUT I'm VERY happy that I could still order yesterday! Woohoo! Maybe my stamps will get her before my mini catalog!
This might be a silly question, but where on the SU site can you see the Winter mini sets? I am a newer Demo, and seem to have missed this! Thanks for the help!
I am in Ohio and have not received mine either. Being a new demo (I signed the beginning of October) this is a real bummer. I did not receive my November Stampin' Success either. I called to get that one straightened out. Someone who is not new please tell me that this is not the norm. I know from all the posts I have read that it isn't but it sure is a little discouraging.
I DON"T HAVE MINE YET EITHER!!! I think my mail man stole it for his wife!!! J/K
It better come quick!! At least I was able to view it on the SU! website, but I want a hard copy!!
No winter mini for me yet either. I went online at SU and looked up the sets-- AWESOME. There isn't much I didn't like! Is anyone interested in doing a winter mini swap? It won't be due until Dec 1-- PM me if you'd like to participate.
I live i Central Ohio. Have not received mine either. Good to see is others have not too. I thought my DH put it aside so I could not order any more "stuff".
Hopefully we will receive ours soon...keep reading about all the stuff that is in it from other posts
I called DS this morning because I haven't received either my Nov. Stampin' Success or winter mini. The lady I spoke with was so nice. I asked her if they were all going crazy out there and she said yesterday and today were good days because she hadn't been yelled at yet. I feel bad for DS, they must take the brunt of everything. She said she is nervous about moving the call center and will be glad once that is done in mid-November & then things will be GREAT! I assured her that DS does a great job and to hang in there. So if you call DS, give them some words of encouragement and joke around with them - no one likes to be yelled at all the time (not that I think anyone on SCS would yell at them). Kendra
I haven't received my Mini either, but living in Alaska means getting mail bit later than in the lower 48. Sometimes even priority mail takes up to two weeks to get here! And to make things worse, we've been getting snow almost non-stop for the past few days. *sigh*
Hi! No winter mini here yet either and I am much closer to SU! headquarters than you?! I know I haven't thrown mine out! I just am so impatient! I keep hearing about all these fun new items in it! I am excited!

North Florida checking in... no mini here, either. Sure did get a bunch of political ad junk, though, so the post office obviously still knows how to find me. :twisted:
I had to call DS for something else yesterday so I asked where to find them online (I really don't understand their website layout. I can't ever find anything there.) and mentioned I hadn't gotten it yet. She said she'd send another one but didn't mention anything about it taking a month to go out. I surely hope not. :?

I'm in Middleton (suburb of Madison) and didn't get mine yet either. Placed an order by looking online,but sure I'll have another after I see the mini!
Still no mini in Boynton Beach, FL. :( I just called SU support and they said I should have received it by now and will send one right out. Gotta love 'em But that means another week before I have it my inky little fingers.
