About a month ago, I posted a thread asking what your favorite SU color was - which you used most often. Looks like chocolate chip was the clear winner.
Now I'm curious which SU colors you never use. For me, it's Glorious Green and YoYo Yellow. I still have the original 3 sheets of cardstock of each of these that came with the cardstock variety pack I bought in 2005. The YoYo is just too bright and I have never been able to get it to work with anything. The Glorious Green, for me, is just awful. I don't even want to try it. The ink spot has been used just once, to create my ink index, and it hasn't been opened since. I don't think the marker in that color has ever been used either.
I don't (or very rarely) use Green Galore, Gable Green, YoYo Yellow, Only Orange, Glorious Green, Handsome Hunter, Orchid Opulence, Brilliant Blue, Cameo Coral, Pixie Pink and Pink Passion. Can ya tell I don't like most of the Bold Brights? ;)
I rarely use any of the bold brights. My original pack of CS with the three sheets of each is mostly intact. I have used a little blue, red, turquoise and orange, but I doubt the rest has been touched. I do mostly rustic and distressed, and these don't go at all!

I don't use Orchid Opulence. I use all the other colors for matting in scrapbooking, but don't use the bold brights as much in card making. I also rarely have used going gray.
I have probably used every color in scrapbooking, but the colors I rarely put on cards are mostly earth elements. I love the three browns in that group, but I can't stand cameo coral, summer sun, and more mustard. I'm also not that crazy about our current burgundy.
Oh, and also not a big fan of yo-yo yellow, but I do like glorious green. I like putting it with black or chocolate chip.

isn't that funny! I reach for more mustard all the time. When I first saw it, I thought it was an ugly color...but it makes such a nice accent with so many colors! I also LOVE cameo coral...especially with lovely lilac! lol

LIke others, I don't seem to use bold brights ( unless it is red or blue) on anything....I also don't use the summer sun or cameo coral from the EE set as ink though I do use it in paper rarely.
I use most of the Rich Regals( even though I dislike purple in any form) and the Earth Elements( all except the above named). I am not a SS person....and rarely use any of those....I bought up some River Rock and use that a bunch but if I absolutely need a pastel, I will go find it at LSS and buy only what i use up.

Card Sketch Challenge 1-227 done only 396+ to go to be caught up!!!!!
Handsome Hunter is my least favorite. I almost always buy the assortments, so I probably have about 10 sheets of unused HH. It's pretty strange because green is my favorite color to use in cardmaking.
This may be a slight hijack, since I'm not answering the OP's question, but...I had some colors that I wasn't using and I used my color coach to choose some complementary colors and then made cards using those colors. Also, I'm going to post a card I made that would allow you to use ANY color you didn't really like in a "supporting role!". Might take me a few minutes, but if you go to my gallery, it will be the "Thank You" card. (apologizing in advance because my gallery is pitifully small...I'm not great at uploading...but at least that should make it easy to find the card I'm talking about!)
In markers, I think the Bravo Burgandy is pure brown and not reddish at all, so I hate that.
In cardstock, I am kinda sick of all the soft subtles. For now anyways. LOL.
I like most of the Bold Basics and have used most of them. My dislikes are More Mustard and Really Rust. The rust color reminds me of this hideous couch my mom had when I was growing up- yuck. But I must admit I am trying to use more and more color combinations that are outside my comfort zone. Even doing that I am still not sure I'll ever use rust.

ok...it's now in my gallery windycitystamper's Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I used rose red, barely banana, and then cameo coral (which I hardly ever use) in the supporting role. So pick up those dreaded colors and make something with them!!
Never use -- Blush Blossom
Rarely use -- Lavender Lace (how many purples do we need?)
Apricot Appeal
Almost Amethyst
Pale Plum
All the other colors get used regularly so that's a pretty return on my investment in inks and papers.

When I went to my very first SU demonstration I thought the Rich Regals would be the best color family to buy. And, even though I do like most of the colors, I just never use them. I never use the 3 blues (bordering, ballet and ???). I don't even own hunter ink. I agree that the burgundy ink looks like brown mud. I hardly ever use eggplant. I love rose red, regal rose, saffron, artichoke. I use them alot.
Unlike most of you I do use alot of bold brights. I make alot of cards for kids (mainly girls) so I use pixie and passion pink alot. I love orchid, especially with cool caribbean and black (I stocked up).
That is so funny that people dislike the bold brights - I LOVE them!! They are so happy and uplifting - The colors I rarely, if ever, use are:
Going Grey
Sage
Blush(love the marker though)
Cameo Coral
Is Stamping Up! reading this thread?? I can't wait to see what they do with the color groups when they reorganize them to incorporate the new In Colors that were popular!!! I feel it in my bones that the reorg. is coming soon!!!! and I can't wait!!

Mine are almost exactly the same, except I do have a bit of a fondness for Cameo Coral.
I tend to go through stages with colors. I used bold brights almost exclusively when I started. Now I tend to reach for regals & subtles. My least used colors are glorious green, brilliant blue, summer sun, the plums and sahara sand.

I hate to be unoriginal, but the colors I rarely use are Green Galore, YoYo Yellow, and Only Orange. I'm also not fond of Creamy Caramel and Bravo Burgandy.
