Default SU Desk Calendars

I'm interested in the new small desk calendars that SU is offering in the new catalog. Has anyone ordered these? What's your opinion? Does anyone have any samples to share? Thanks!

I purchased one and scrapbooked it for my open house last week. It was a HUGE hit. I already have 10+ people interested in my calendar classes--every month from now through Nov. they will come over and make 3 months of 2-page layouts for their calendars--some people want to make at least 5 calendars. Then the calendars will be complete for Christmas gifts or to keep for the new year.

SOrry I'm not able to upload samples.

OOOOOhhhhh, the are SO cool!! My demo (Jan.stamp) ordered one and we both went nuts over it. Each page can be ripped off and put into a 6 x6 album. GREAT Christmas gift. Janice is offering a calendar workshop in the fall. Each month, for 4 months, we'll get together and make 3 months worth of pages. After 4 months and your own pictures, voila perfect gift for the grandparents. I think she already has 5 or 6 people interested (and her newsletter just went out). I know she's going to see this post and add to it - what have I missed Jan?! I can't say enough good things about this desk calendar!!

HTH

That calendar class is a GREAT idea. Thanks for sharing! I was going to get one to give to my mil for Christmas, anyway. Might as well use it to try to drum up business.

Oh I have been on the fence but I LOVE the idea of putting the finished month into a 6 x 6 album! Thanks!

Does the calendar come as shown in the catalog - with one side for pictures and the other for the calendar page? Or, does the catalog show two calendars side by side? I am interested in getting this, especially now that I know the pages can be removed and place in a 6x6 album! Thanks for sharing the info.

the calendars are as shown in the catalog. I had heard that the picture was 2 side by side - but it IS the way it looks. You would be hard pressed to make your own - buy the 12x12 paper, cut it, print it, bind it AND attach it to the desktop stand for that price! they will be great for classes!
