Shipping time depends on how close you are to Utah, where SU! headquarters is located. It usually takes 10 days from the date my demo closes the party for the box to arrive at the office. Our shipments come through TN on their way to VA, so from what I've seen on the UPS tracking page I'm guessing it should take roughly 5-7 days.

Not to make anyone jealous but... I get my order the day after I recieve shipping confirmation. So when the wheels are running smoothly at SU I can place an order and get it the next day. On the flip side though, it kinda stinks that I and my customers have to pay shipping since I really could just go and pick it up, lol!
I'm outside of Chicago...and I placed an order Friday afternoon. IT shipped same day and is expected to arrive tomorrow (weds). This has been the case for the last few orders I placed. The UPS tracking #'s have been very accurate for this info.
Location: In the great northwest! Is there anywhere better?

If I put in my order on a Friday It might not be here until Tuesday or Wednesday. If I put my order in on aMonday or Tuesday it is usually here in a day or two :!:

Ditto. I'm in Utah too, but wanting to pick orders up isn't a "dilema" for me, since I don't live in SLC, like HeartArt. I love being so close & getting orders so quickly.
FYI, at the new distribution center, SU! has the capacity to ship 10,000 orders in one day. AMAZING!
In answer to the question, how fast to orders come, you can go to the UPS site and then have a zone calendar which estimates how long it takes from one place to another. If you're not a demo and don't have access to the shipping confirmation e-mail that SU! sends out, that is a good estimator of how soon your package will come.

I am not a demo...yet, but my demo said she doesnt have access to the tracking number, so I just went to look for the zone calendar and what I found, I need the original zip code. :(

My husband is military, so we move around a lot, I have only been a demo at this location though, TX. I think when we have options in the future I may be consulting the UPS zone map!
Anything far from family will be that much closer to Utah! Its a trade off, but there is always a positive side to everything!

I live in Ontario, Canada.... my last two shipments were received within 7 business days of placing my orders, so I was extemely happy with the time frame (of course, we always want what we order to be "next day service"!!).... so if my goodies don't get held up at the border the shipping time is great!
