While I was cleaning one of my stamps the rubber fell right off the foam backing. This has happened to one of my other stamps as well. What is the best way to re-attach the rubber. (I don't want to unmount.;) )

Crystal Effects or rubber cement. I would no use hot glue on the rubber you take a chance of it melting the rubber. Crystal effects is what most demos use.
I would contact your demo and ask her to see if they could be replaced. You have so many days. Crystal Effects while being an excellent glue, (I've used it to repair my glasses) can turn brittle. I suggest rubber cement.
