According to the SU Demo Calendar, we demos won't START receiving the Summer Mini until the 1st of May.
(That means I won't get mine until the day after my customers do - they can never seem to get me my complimentary copy ahead-of-time and I always have to call for it! ARGH!)
Is it better than the one right now??? I love the one we are under now. I still have to purchase Winged Things....I really LOVED so many of the sets in it, it is hard to imagine having two back to back that I would JUST LOVE....
I guess this is like my customers wanting to see pictures of upcoming baskets. I just had to share a sneak peak of the Horizon of Hope, with one of my customers....
PRETTY PLEASE! I am a very good girl.....I'll NEVER TELLL!!!!!!
apelnar,
I saw your post that they didn't come out until May 1 before. I just ASSUMEd...that like in Longaberger, we get ours LONG before we send them to our customers, so we know what to order ahead of time etc.
Guess that is what I get for assuming and for my curiousity and excitement....
Now you have my attention. Longaberger is another one of my passions, especially the Horizon of Hope series. What did this years HOH basket look like? I just can't wait to see it...... I have the whole HOH collection!

Anne, Don't feel bad, my DD is my demo and she always calls me for a chance to see the minis in person. One time she never got her's and borrowed mine! She'll be glad to know she's not alone.
The HOH for this year has not be REVEALED as of yet. That campaign is normally in July/August....
We were told last year, was the last year for the series, BUT they renewed their commitment to the ACS, and I think they heard LOUD and CLEAR from customers....
OUR books for this campaign have not been sent to us, but I was sent a sneak peak of the basket and it is so WONDERFUL...and I saw a MUG too...no prices or anything yet. I will pm you with more information.
Questions - Possible Hijacking of Thread - NOT Intentional! :)
Thanks Sharon for letting me know I'm not the only one. Every time I call Demo Support they tell me there's nothing they can do about it, and "better luck next time", basically. Hmph! I, too, go to my mom's to see the mini "live"! Funny!
Crystal - excuse my ignorance, but what is this basket stuff and "Longaberger" you're writing about, and what is "HOH". This all sounds so interesting! I'm way out of the loop on this, it seems.

Hmm. I too did not mean to hijack the thread...sorry guys....if your interested in above conversations about all things woven...click on my site below...
as for definition of HOH...It means Horizon of Hope...our companies way of giving over 10 million to American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research....if you want more info, I will share it with you. I too don't want to hijack a thread so you can pm me for more information...
my site will list some info about my business..but if you want more pm me...
I don't intend to take away from stampers...that is where I spend a large portion of my money.
If you are a demo go to the demo only section of this site.... you will find out who has a mini already ;) And for those that are not demo's you won't be able to order from it till June anyway....

Thanks Kar, for the heads-up. My Demo Forum access hadn't yet been approved, so I PMd Britta and she's taking care of it for me. It got lost in cyberspace with the site changes, etc.
I can't wait to see! I hope there's a fun, new alphabet set and some new embellishments!
I haven't gotten mine yet, but have heard a rumor that the new sets are awesome!!! Not that that is anything new, right? Just can't handle this suspense...retiring list....new summer mini....new catalog coming soon....
I CAN'T take IT!
I have to finish getting the stuff from this book, before we move on to the next one, and if it has as much cute stuff as this one....WHEW! Then I will need to start selling off some baskets. LOL! Guess, I need to go through my retired baskets and see what I really need to keep!
Current Mini, upcoming retired list, upcoming new book...Whew! I think I am going into overload....:p
