Smile Target $1 Bin

On a recent trip to Target, I found several packages of cards w/envelopes, 8 for $1. Didn't know how I'd use them but bought them anyway. Attached are two cards I've made. The pink and black just needed some words on the pink banner. On the green check card, I added the white layer with stamped/colored image. The envelopes are pretty 'skinny,' but they work.

I saw those at Target too. I was tempted to buy some, but I didn't. I may just have to go back and get some though. Yours are adorable!

That is a great way to use those cards. Sometimes just a little goes a long way

I too love using $1 cards for my backgrounds in stamping cards. I have so many now otherwise I would go to Target to get these.

I bought those as well for a Canadian friend who asked me to pick them up - I hope she's as happy with them as you are! I didn't buy any for me, but I did buy a few of their set of clear stamp set (set of 6) just to see what they are like. THey were pretty decent! I even bought the $1 acrylic block and it did the trick for vacation scrapbook pages. IT's not CTMH or TAC, lol, but it was a nice buy and I'm happy!

I just happened upon this, doing a Target search. Your cards are adorable!
I wish I had seen it before I went out today. Target has their
Christmas stuff at 75% off, and there are packs of cards and envelopes as you describe!

Very cute cards! I luv the dollar spot! I second the great buys at Target in the 75% off holiday section. My Target has a lot of those shiny, metaliic papers that are silver, red, blue, or gold. They also had envelopes. This stuff looks great put through the Cuttlebug folders. I used a lot of the blue with my snowflake folder.
