I've used TT with Basic Black and the turquoise Pearl Ex on a card - really pops!
I also like TT with some of the other bold bright colors - Positively Pink and Green Galore. I love these three colors together with the I Like Your Style stamp set!
The color wheel shows summer sun, taken with teal, positively pink, pink passion for coordinating colors, also try only orange, yo yo yello, and lovely lilac. I love black though with it.

Tempting Turquoise is very pretty with lovely lilac and positively pink for both summer and winter/snowman themes. For summer throw in a little green galore or gable green.
For a color not in Bold Brights, I really like it weith Cameo Coral.
One of my favorites lately has been Tempting Turquoise with Only Orange, Pink Passion, Yo Yo Yellow and Green Galore...especially using the Simply Circles stamp set. My pre-teen and her friends are making all sort of fun cards, gift bags, and journal covers. Fun & bright!
This isn't from bold brights, but I recently made a card using TT with Chocolate Chip. I found some ribbon at Michaels that had those 2 colors in it. With the robbon to tie the two together, it turned out great.
I'd have to say I go through more Tempting Turquoise cardstock than almost any other color, except Ballet Blue (a tie) and Real Red. Tempting Turquoise is the perfect birthday color, IMHO. I almost always grab it when I'm designing a birthday card; I've had to learn to turn to other colors since I don't want to get in a rut!
Tempting Turquoise looks fantastic with Only Orange and about any pink you care to mention. I like Marvellous Magenta in particular...very festive!
And my standard birthday combo is Tempting Turquoise, Positively Pink and Yoyo Yellow.
But if you pair it up with Really Rust and Summer Sun, you get a nice southwest feel.
Okay, this post is sort of a "me too," but I had to say that I just love this colour. I use it most often with gable green. Lots of great suggestions here -- I'll have to write them down.
