Default Tile Coasters?

I don't know why I have such a hard time finding things. I am trying to find "how to" and "samples" of coasters. There are two different kinds, 1 is the ceramic tile (not the shiny ones, but the porous ones[or whatever you call them], and then there are the [cardboard?] ones. Maybe it is old age setting in. I know they are not cardboard, but I can't remember what they are called. What are the search words for both kinds??
Thanks so much!

Lori

I purchased tumbled marble tiles 'Bottocino' 4"x4" at Home Depot or Lowes, I can't remember. They come in a small box with I think 9 tiles not sure. I took a tile out of the box to see if it was the color wanted. It's deceiving to look through the opening at the side of the box to determine the color of the tiles. These worked for me.
