Default Tutorial on the comp books?

I have been "oogling" (yeah so it's not a word) over the altered composition books. Does anyone know of a tutorial on this site or elsewhere that i might use to take a go at making my own?

I made 8 notebooks this morning, in no time at all following the directions from the above post...
We did them assembly style so I had everything precut
