Default versamark removal

ok, I need advice on getting my stamps clean after versamarking them, I have tried the spray and mist and misting pad and they just are nto getting the stikiness off of them.. I even tried srubbing with some dish soap and that seems to help a little bit better.

What is the secret?

Mine seem to come clean with mist and baby wipes.

Default VersaMark Removal

I have a permanent ink cleaner from JudiKins that is great for removing VersaMark ink. Rub it on, scrub with the stamp scrubber, and the stamp is like new. I also use it to remove Basic Black ink from my stamps.

The biggest trick is to clean them right away. The stuff gets stickier the longer it sits. Usually baby wipes or a bottle of stamp cleaner do the trick but if I overlook one and have to clean it later I use a little Simple Green and a toothbrush.

Wink

I use alcohol free baby wipes to clean the versamark from my stamps. works great for me even if it has sat for long periods of time.

You could try the Mister Clean magic eraser. I've heard that it takes black ink off of linoleum. It might work on wood as well.
