SHHHHHH! If you talk too loud, my husband will hear!
Shoot......Just looking at your SCS name I would say he better not say a word!!!! Mine has four old cars that he has fixed up and I have often offered to do a little "tally" for him of who has spent what and he declines every time!!

Ok Ladies -
I got an email from the Ribbon Factory this morning that the order is scheduled for delivery today (Wednesday, May 3rd).
Why oh why do I have to be stuck at work when I could be home waiting for ribbon. he he
I can't wait to see all of the ribbon and I'm sure some of you are anxious too so I will post a photo tomorrow (if the ribbon arrives today).
I ended up ordering just over 4000 yards of ribbon and have 20 people participating including myself. The smallest order was for 30 yards and the largest was for 820 yards - you know who you are
Can't wait Wish I could come and help you. Hope it's not too complicated to sort it all out and sned it out. Thank you again for your willingness to do this and all your time.
Mariah

I will keep you posted.
4000 YARDS!!! That is enough ribbon to run the length of a football field 40 times!! Wow, that must be awesome to see in person.
I really restrained myself, so thanks for adding my "little" order to the list.... I do know who I am, I was trying to be good and think about how long it would take to just even use 30 yards.... ~If I average 6 inches per card I can still get 180 cards out of my pretty ribbon!!

I should set foot on good old American soil on June 30th. I'm ready to go waaaaaah, though because my DH is up for his sabbatical, so we'll be on the road all summer, seeing the country. No stamping for me until the beginning of September, and most of my stuff won't make it back to my house until the middle of September.

Yup, I have a great friend who has now let about 1/2 of her attic pile up with all of the great finds I've purchased in the last 6 months thanks to SCS. I went a bit nuts at Creativexpress.com, bought a bunch of microbeads from Pennywisearts.com, and tons of other stuff I just couldn't resist. There's been no point in shipping anything over here these past few months. She picks up my mail from our US mail drop and stores all of my crafting stuff and ships the mail over. Lucky me to have such a great friend!
Of course, I'm bringing her a hand-carved olivewood nativity purchased in Jerusalem so I guess it's a good trade!
I had to click on the link that says, "view photos without signing in".
Thanks for posting the link to the slideshow.
I can't tell you how suprised I was to open the box and discover that none of the ribbon was labeled. I wonder how the company keeps track of their stock.
If only I could quit my day job and stay home to measure and cut the ribbon. My husband will be busy this weekend getting ready for fishing opener so I'm hoping to have time for ribbon duty.
I thought of you--so I thought I would check in to see how the cutting of the ribbon is going???!!!?? Just excited to get all my new ribbon.

[COLOR="Indigo"]Thanks again Beth for doing this for us. I truely appreciate your hard work. Now I have to ask you a question...I've been wondering if the whole time you've been doing all this measuring and cutting if you've been telling yourself "never again"? That's what I keep thinking your saying but I may be wrong. I am sure you will be glad to have it all sent out and out of your hair though,
