Since I do not have the set "right at home" in the catty, I was wondering what other sets you all think might make good "we've moved" cards?? I have lots of sets, just not that one particular!! lol Thought of ordering it, but i want to start the cards tonight!! What do you all think??
Have fun with your cards. Sorry I don't have any ideas as to what to do. I looked at my sets and was not struck by anything to do with them in terms of a "we've moved" card.

Do you have something that looks like a spring-y door wreath? If so, make doors by folding CS to meet in middle, stamp squares on both side with versamark or tone-on-tone (makes it look like panels on the door), add your wreath (glued to the left side only ), make "doorknobs" with brads, and hang your "we've moved" tag on the doorknobs.
Last year's Ronald McDonald set had a house in it--I used that to make just moved cards for a teacher friend.
Another idea is if you have any of the chairs/fans/household item stamps is to stamp a few of them randomly at the bottom of a card and have the top printed to say something like "The boxes are still packed, the house is a mess; but you're welcome anytime at our new address!"
Kelle~ I lOVE that saying!!! gonna have to use it !!! Thanks!! I am sure I will create something.........lol just the brain doesnt wanna be creative at the moment!! lol
When we moved to Florida, I used the little VW Beetle from the Groovy/Flower Power set, I forget the exact name. Drew little lines with puffs on them behind each bug to show we were smooookin' out of there.
