Acetate is the same thing as window sheets in the SU catalog. They're also sometimes call overhead sheets, you know those clear plastic sheets that are used on an overhead projector when someone is giving a presentation.

Hijack question: Where do you find this...and where do you find it for a reasonable price. I know staples have them but they are $30-50. Too much for a couple of ornaments.

You can order it from viking 50 sheets for $14 up to $50, not sure what the differences are. I have not placed my order yet.

The Window Sheets from Stampin' Up are very affordable! Only $2.95 for 3- 8 1/2 X 11 sheets! You could make plenty of ornaments from that!

Sometimes Office Supply stores (Office Depot, etc) will sell you one in their copy department. I don't know how much they are, but if you just want one to try out, it might be a good way to do it.

I found some of the ones you can put thru an ink jet printer at Big Lots. They were $1.99 for 10. I like them for printing titles or sentiments and then using as an overlay on cards. Never made an ornament. (Yet!)
