Wink What do you think of ACMoore's coupon this week??

What do you think of ACMoore's coupon this week?? What if you don't have anyone to go with you. I work shift work. Everyone else is off when I'm working. What are they thinking?
If you don't know what I'm talking about here is a link to the coupon for this week.

I was bummed. I thought it was just an extra coupon. I was already to run out on my lunch break when I saw the part about the friend having to be present. I think I'm going to print both and take my kid. I'll let him "buy" something and we can both use the coupon. Not what they had in mind, I'm sure, but hopefully it will work.

LOL - I just noticed your signature (Green Acres). There's actually a Green Acres up the road from me. We could have gone together.

Um...is there anything there that says you can't make a new friend while you're in the store? Certainly there will be someone else there who'd like 50% off!

Just a thought.

That is a great idea! I'd be chatting up anyone in line and I would also be taking my daughter, the neighbor's kids, etc. There is not an age limit right? Just a friend limit:rolleyes:

That is a good idea. Wish I'd thought of it at lunch. But I know if I'd gotten all the way there and then seen that clause, that wouldn't have occurred to me and I'd have been really upset.

I like the one about making a friend at the store. That's good.

My husband became my friend just before getting in line with the other Slice cartridge I wanted. And, just to make it more legite, I paid with cash and had him pay with credit card. Worked for me.

Ladies.....I think it's kinda sad. I think it sounds like they are hurting for people business. I went into the one closest to me yesterday and found the stock to be very poor. Only a bunch of Valentine junk out. Very little paper crafting stock and nothing new. To get out of the store, I purchased 2 Prisma markers.....can't walk out without making a purchase.

I do take someone with me each time I go shopping though.....my Service Dog. She can pay for things.....wonder if she could use the other coupon with me?

I'm hoping they get some new stock in soon or at least restock what they had.

If they do NOT let them use your service dog, I say, "Boooooooo on A. C. Moore!" Service dogs are about as close as you can get to a human friend. They know you depend on them and are there for you no matter what! Some human friends are not that loyal.

I say, "Your service dog IS your friend!":-D
