I absolutely love mine. It really wasn't that bad to mount and I use it all the time in my scrapbook. I wasn't sure how well it would go over at my workshops either, because of the price, but I think all of my regular customers have bought it. I would definitely consider getting it as a free SAB set. Good luck!

I don't know if someone posted it or not yet, but a long list of EFP is the sticky on the techniques and templates forum...
here is the forum page>>> Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Here is the list of phrases>>> Forums at Splitcoaststampers

I don't actually have the set yet, but am seriously thinking about it just because of this list!!!!

Thanks for sharing the list! That will be a great tool to have!
This is what I am getting with one of my SAB sets!

Thanks again!

Default What about acrylic mounting system with this set?

This set is arriving at my home today!

I am wondering what you folks who love the acrylic mounting systems would do to mount this set. I love my SU sets and know that resale value is best with mounting on wood. However, I just won't use this set as often if I cannot line them up properly. I'm thinking of using my Halos acrylic to mount them.

I have a stampamajig, and definitely use it, but to do phrases on a lot of cards could take forever!

Suggestions?

Nancy

Nancy- I'm a neat freak (anal to be exact!) but, personally, I've had to let go of the "it's not straight, it's not exact" syndrome, and just put a twist on the words as I stamp them... you know, move your wrist left and right as you stamp and let the words just go where they may!!! If you absolutely, positively have to have them straight... I would say buy extra cardstock!!!

Hi!
The easiest way to prompt myself to use this set is to leave it on my stamp desk. It's easier to see and use if it's right there, than remembering to go back to the shelf and pick up the set. I tend to use this a lot more.

I just got mine and I love it. I wanted it esp to stamp on ribbon. Of course, I will use them for other things too. Buy it, you know you want it! I had a hard time spending that much on a set however I know it will be worth it.

I love mine! I thought the cutting was a cinch! Get the list of which ones to put together, print it out (after making any changes that work best for you) and its just snip-snip! (I've stamped the top word on a piece of paper and lined the columns so that people know where to put them back and then its easier to find what you want if its always in the same place)
I've sold many sets during SAB, maybe cause it was an easy jump to a free set...
I love all the examples even Stampin'Up! has in their Idea book with the little tags sticking here and there. I love the ideas some of you have listed. I love the list that someone put together (I love that Britta taught us how to do a search for past topics so I can look it up and tell my customers to do the same!)
I have yet to actually use them for phrases... I guess I'll probably love that too haha.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions on this set. Especially Dawn, Melissa (for card sample) and JeanneMarie.
