What to put in paint can for baby?

I would love to hear some ideas of what to put inside a paint can for a baby gift. I was planning on putting a memo pad, matching pen, and some thank you cards. Thanks in advance.

One thing you can do is put small things, some ppl never think to give...like gas drops, infant tylenol, ora-gel. Save the new parents from a trip out to Walgreen's at 4am for gas drops, which my husband did make! :razz:

Then, that became my new baby shower I have given it 3 times since.

I also included the little baby safety q-tips, but I can not remember what else, but you get the idea...

I do a whole "medicine cabinet" theme as well when I do shower gifts-Mylicon, teething gel, motrin, tylenol, gas-x, etc. I know when I needed it it was nice knowing I didn;t have to drive anywhere to get it!

In the paint can with the poem I have done memo book and pen, picture frame, pocket calendar (so you can jot down things that happen if you are out) and a disposable camera for the diaper bag-b/c sometimes you don't have a good camera handy when an awesome pic taking experience occurs.
