I would have to say Perfect Plaids, I never could get the plaids to look right no matter what I did. There are alot of ones I got and then have never used.

Love Without End, By Design......Hmmmm I see a trend going here. I also bought Just My Type and the matching wheel. What was I thinking? Still have yet to use them.

I don't get a lot of stamping time, so I guess can chalk up a fair amount of the dust my stamps are gathering to keeping up with my studies. That being considered, there are still a few sets I look at and wonder why I bought them but can't let them go. At the top of that list is probably Terrific Tulips, but I can't bring myself to get rid of it because I'm really liking some of the out-of-the-box samples I've seen that use this set.

I have to agree on Smorgasborders. I hate it. It's still sitting in my cabinet UM. I also bought Dreams and Dragons when it came out again. Such a cute set, but I've only used it once. Fresh Flowers, Love Without End, there are so many sets I just had to have, but have never used. It pains me to think about all the money sitting in my stamp cabinet. I bought Stipple Plaids, Alphablocks and Alphablock Numbers when they were retiring, and they're all still UM. I should really weed out the retired sets. I am trying to be a lot more careful about what sets I buy nowadays.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks I'm just going to DIE if I don't get a certain set. Then it comes...and it sits!
Mine is Happy Birthday Greetings. Have tried a few things with it...just can't get very excited about it.
Another one would be All Occasions. I bought it mostly for the font on the wording, but hoped I would also make use of the other stamps. Haven't yet!
I also have Fly Fishing and All Aboard. Bought them because they were retiring, and I didn't want to miss my chance! They're cute...but haven't even been mounted.
Mine are Terrific Tulips (and tulips are my favorite flower!) and Feathered Friends (had to have it, but I'm not a big colorer). I love Watercolor Minis -even stamped some business cards with it.
Mine would have to be You Are My Sunshine, Steppin Style, and Oh So Sweet (cute but so much time to color the stamps seperatley). They all looked so cute in the catalog but I just can't come up with a reason to use them. And I know there are others on the shelves too, but I won't get rid of any of them, I think its the horder in me lol I mean collector.
Alphabuilders & Accessories. What a pain for so little wow!
I love watercolor minis, and a little love, and I like your style, and a tree for all seasons.... and a lot of the others mentioned here!

A GREETING FOR ALL REASONS! I ordered it on purpose as a part of my demo starter kit, because it looked so versatile. I thought I could recommend it as a good starter set for anyone because it covered so many occasions. But I can't really do anything I love with it! I use the phrases a lot, but it's generally with the pictures from other sets.
I also have that problem with CUDDLES AND TICKLES. I needed a baby set, and I love the poem, but I generally just don't love the cards I design from that set, so, again, I use the words with designs from other sets.

I purchased a set called "Funky Favorites" I have no clue why I purchased this set. I used it once, and I think that was at a stamp camp. It has been in my cabinet for at least 4 years that I can remember.
I'd have to say a lot of the sets that I bought just because there was a special on them:
turkey talk
old fashioned Christmas
spooktacular greetings
you know....all of those that I just *had* to buy because they were cheap.
I thought the set Scatter Sunshine would be fun to use, but so far I haven't done much with it. I also just had to get Carousel, but it just doesn't seem to all go together. Maybe now that I have a granddaughter I can use them for some of her scrapbook pages.
I guess I am the only one who HATES Smorgasborders!!! I keep perusing all SU galleries for the card that "makes" me want to use this set and have been unsuccessful. I will probably just use it for scrapbooking. I do not know what made me want to buy this set. Another one is Perfect Party, which came with me starter kit. I wish I would've chosen something less juvenile.
Nope, I really dislike Smorgasborders except the mini-geometric stamp. My demo had an extra so she let me have it and I am tickled pink a year later over that!
I also bought By Design (still unmounted and can't remember why I wanted it) I also have Figures of Speech and I know I had reasons for that one, but it just doesn't work out for me so it still sits on the shelf.
Watercolor Minis I really like and I use the butterfly in that set all the time for background paper for flower sets!

This is me TOO!!! I love the crisp look of the black images in the catalog and minis, but when I look at my actual stamps I'm less inspired. I'm also just a big ol' stamp collector. I have MANY sets that I've only used once or twice. The first one that popped into my head is Favorite Friends (the mice one). I bought it to make cards for my friend (and fellow demo) who loves mice, but I don't think I've sent her one yet!!!
By Design...got it free during a Spring Into Action, don't think I've ever used it.
Got Simple Sketches free and traded it...never liked it, just not my style. Glad I never bought Sketch It, either...always thought it was ugly!
Quick and Cute...got it free during SAB, never use it. Why would I ever tell someone "When it's dark enough you can see the stars"? What does that mean, anyway? Wait until life's really crappy and look on the bright side? I don't get it!
Buyers remorse: preordered Something Nice and Watercolor Fun...hated them the few times I tried to use them! I've learned to never prebuy from the big catty anymore, because I always find something I like better when the catty comes out!
The set that i bought and then really didn't like and have never used has to be Beautiful Batik. I saw it demo'd at a camp and had to have it! Most of my old sets that i rarely use, i still want to keep, but not that one. Also an old one-Funky Favorites- is right up there.

Mine is A Tree for All Seasons. I just HAD to have it and yet it sits there untouched and neglected. I'm hoping to do a "Challenge Myself" like Granny and then I'll have to use it!
