I bet you're going to have fun packing it all when you move soon. When I did, my hubby kept commenting on how there were so many boxes labeled stamp stuff. LOL OOPS. ;)
Yeah, it's hard to deny how much stuff you have when the movers start unloading it and more boxes go to the stamp room than to the kitchen. It didn't seem like so much when I was sneaking it into the house little by little, under my coat, in the middle of the night, when the man in brown rang the doorbell.

ROTFLMBO!!!!!
A good friend of my hubby's came to help us move a few times and his comment to my DH was:
"Your wife's got basically 2 things and a LOT of 'em: stamps and spices. I never seen so many of either one of these, and what really gets me is you said she hates to cook!"
The look on his face of utter amazement coupled with utter disgust as he moved yet another heavy box of rubbah out of the moving van (or into the moving van, depending) . . . well, no other verdict but guilty on my part could be reached. ;)
As for the spices? Well, maybe I should toss those . . .

Most everything! I became addicted to stamping when I had to try all these different techniques, and products I saw here. Specifically, though....my z becky brown, Carl Cutter, Scotch ATG 714, Xyron 510.....I could go on and on. LOL

Well, the spices themselves, yeah, you could toss them. (Altho I could envision an awesome background on the new Thyme paper with Crystal Effects and actual dried thyme sprinkled on . . . hmmm.) But save the bottles! There was a thread somewhere about somebody keeping all their eyelets, brads, etc in spice bottles!
YIKES!!! another thing I will be reluctant to toss... I started on this sight when I was really introduced to stamping last year - had done a little dabbling before - then i learned abt SU!! now i have more stamps and supplies than fit in my designated area. I've gotten really good abt sneaking things into the house and making space without being too obvious, but I think my honey is getting a little concerned abt the fact that my small pile on the corner of the dining room has grown into cabinets in the living room, hallway and piles outside the bathroom as well as in the study. I'd have to say I don't think I'd have much more than the 1 set I 1st bought w/o you guys!! thanks for all the inspiration and encouragement!! yuko

Well, I guess you have more stuff than I do. Mine is on a wall in the dining room, boxes in the living room, but I have absolutely nothing in the hall outside the bathroom (and I wish I had a study).;) I can't wait for my son to move out so I can have a stamp room.
As a result of SCS the following items have migrated into my home, I refuse to say buy on the grounds that I may incriminate myself; I would merely say that they suddenly appeared LOL:
Things people have said that I have as a result of SCS:
Twinkling H2O's
Silk Flowers
A lifetime supply of envelopes
A zillion RSVP Pens, ditto post-it pads, Jr. Legal Size Pads
stampin' buddies, support, help tips, advice, beautiful eye candy in the gallery
And more that I have to add:
Those Italian tiles by the sheet and by the box
Floral tape for making silk flower pens
Chalkboard paint to use my white craft ink pads
Simp Scrappin kit Sparklin Holiday didnt like until I saw the 6x6 albums in the gallery
Dominos
Bags of eyeshadow applicators to use instead of the one that comes in the SU chalk kit
Every AOL tin or box that comes through the door
Walmart 2-gallon ziplock bags
Hundreds of white lunch bags from Walmart
Index cards on a spiral (I STILL dont remember why?!!)
SU stamp Canvas
Like 20 boxes of yellow 3M Scotch Double-stick tape
All the copper stuff that SU has (EP, paper, tags)
Glossy paper (had NO interest when I was a SU demo, two years later I saw it used HERE I had to have it!)
LOL and like the others that said they started out with the sweater box of stamps and now this well I started before I discovered SU one of those small 3-drawer organizers and only one of them was barely full of single stamps. I think I had like 12 stamps if I recall actually! Found SU and after my first set, and then joining, my DH was like holy cow, the stamping rabbit has been here!! I didnt discover SCS until long after SU but I see definitely a lot of inspired shopping based on the things I see here!!!
OH and should I add there is a really long list of stuff that SCS has inspired me to HAVE TO HAVE but still dont have yet like the Loads of Love and In Full Bloom and Roses in Winter stamp sets!!!
So I totally LOVE this message board and really have realized how much it really has affected my life!!!!!
Primas
SCS blue mug
Mat Pack
white gel pen
Cindy ribbon (May Arts variety)
Whipper Snapper Design Stamps
and probably 50% of my SU stamp sets! SCS makes me buy big time!

Future Floor Finish is one thing that comes to mind! And Swiffer Dusting Cloths (both for use with PearlEx, another thing I wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for sCS!). <G>
On the more general side, I wouldn't have become a demo if I hadn't been on SCS! 90% of my stamp sets were inspired by SCS, plus all the other stuff! <g>
:( :( Ok, I don't know what to do with Future Floor Finish or the Swiffer Dusting Cloths either! (I think they can be used for cleaning, but I'm challenged in that area too.) How can I use them for stamping? Stamping is much more fun than cleaning!

They use the mesh kind instead of Magic Mesh.....much cheaper and you can dye it with a brayer and ink pads. But don't put it in scrapbooks, I'm pretty sure the archival certifiers haven't been to Home Depot lately.;)

Now I have to see if that's the kind we have here! If not, it's off to Lowe's!!

OK, I know about the Future Floor Wax.....fill an aquapainter with it and use it to apply Pearl Ex to things. It's a little more complex than that, but you get the picture.
Gee, let me think:
Mr Clean Magic Eraser
Prismacolor pencils
Gamsol
Stumps
WWC
White Gel Pen
Primas
My stock in stamps, envelopes, paper and ribbons started long before I found SCS and has only grown. Thanks SCS!
Edit to add - How could I forget my Z Becky Brown that I had to have and after hauling it around for a week I put it in the closet because it was too heavy. Maybe I can use it for storage space.
The DD Fan Club - and I would be MISSING OUT if I couldn't see that!
Prima Flowers
Rubi-Coil Machine & jillions of coils - thanks Joy!
Z Becky Brown Purse
2 year subscription to Paper Crafts
30 Lunch Pail tins
Hero Arts Paisley Stamps
Close to a full set of Craft Ink Pads
MANY, MANY SU! stamps
Shimmery White Cardstock & Envelopes
Prismacolor pencils
Gamsol
Stumps
WWC
White Gel Pen
I am sure there is more. Of course, the list is always growing!
My knee-jerk reaction was "half my stamp room", but the more I think about it, it's probably closer to 3/4 of my stamp room. LOL!!
Jen
this couldn't be closer to the truth in my case!!!!
I have a bag of premo clay that I am going to try to return for credit this week. We'll see what happens. Don't know why I bought all of it - luckily most was never opened. I did open a few cutters and a few packs of it though - so will have to keep or throw away for good.
An SCS Tshirt
An Ann Taylor Loft sundress with cute matching turquoise suede flip flops
A Z Becky Brown Lucite Purse (still to this day, undecorated)
A Royal Rubber Sceptar (a.k.a. plunger, but such a *cute* one!)
An iBook + Airport
Numerous beautiful and thoughtful SMAKs/RAKs
And, last, but not least, a Beer Butt Chicken Rack for the BBQ (you'd hafta have been around here a looooooong time, to understand that one!)
;)
OMG!! I have those Ann Taylor flip flops too! I got a different dress there though....

HA!
If it weren't for SCS- I would NOT own a second mortgage!
I cannot believe how much I have bought since I became active again on SCS. Just since January. I almost feel like I need to "sneak" stuff into the house. I'm starting to feel guilty. Not yet...but starting. LoL

Gelly Roll Glaze Pens
Iridescent Ice EP
Background papers (wild asparagus, bo bunny press)
Unfrogettable and probably a few other stamp sets
Glossy cardstock
Stickles
I know there is more....
That would be my guess too. She said it's for pearl ex, but I still think it's a static remover for before the pearl ex.
Re: the swiffer sheets, I was reading the tutorial for (poppin pearls?) today on the Weekly Inkling and they used the swiffer cloth to gently wipe excess Pearl-Ex from the paper after pouncing the powder on the ink.
