I just thumbed through my demo's catty and there are some great holiday sets. I can't wait to get my own catalog to really "study" them.

And I live in Orion, MI. So just down the road.

I HAVE to have Merry Minstrels...the three kids match mine...two girls and a boy. Yes, I know my boy is my baby, and the boy on the stamp is the tallest ...but my boy is a moose...LOL! I already have my Christmas cards designed and ready to be made.

I actually did not find a ton of Christmas stamps I liked. seems most were the same from last year, but i am hoping that in the mini they will have a ton of great holiday sets!

I love...
Home is where the Haunt is- I actually spotted the jumbo wheel (Spooky Skyline) first, and fell in love with that, then I scanned the page for the matching set.

I really like...
Sleigh Full of Toys. -I've been looking for a cutesy-retro style reindeer, plus there's a penguin in that set! I love penguins!

I think that was it, I'm not really a fan of the super detailed, fancy 2-stamp set Christmas stamps.

Sets that I like, but likely wouldn't buy....
Santa Post
Madonna and Child (I love that it's in the style of the On Angel Wings set)

I am looking forward to the Holiday mini, I know there'll likely be a ton of sets that I fall in love with.

I totally agree. The sad thing is that I would really like to get my cards done before the middle of August ( I am a teacher and this is my down time). I think I am going to get Holiday Spirit, I like it but I REALLY miss Season's Sketches.....

I must admit I was disappointed in the Christmas sets. The whimsical ones were just a bit "too much" twisted whimsy rather than cute, but most of all--maybe it is just me--all of the faces on most of the new stamp sets with people/animals in them--not just x-mas, just don't seem to be quite right for me. Expressions are a bit off-the mice would be cute if their expressions weren't a bit scary, the baby's look like martians, and well....the scary children are back!! But there is MUCH to drool over, and no doubt the mini catalogs will have much to choose from!

You know, I love the Madonna and Child set. There have been lots of sets like this in the past two catalogs but I just love a good Christian set in the mix. As a rule, I always stamp a Christian theme to my Christmas cards. Don't get me wrong-- I've got scads of the fun stuff like snowmen ect... but it is always nice to see a good Jesus stamp!

I am a SU Demo and I totally had my girlfriend over here until late looking at the new catty. I feel so priveledged to actually be the first out of all my girls to see the new catty! Last year I had to wait for my demo to get back from convention to see the catty. It was so painful waiting that long!!

Uh-oh... I haven't seen the new catalogue yet, but if there's a lot of cute Holiyday sets, I'm so in trouble! I'm such a sucker for anything Christmas...

Can't wait to see!

I love Home is where the haunt is, and Bitty boos too for halloween. The christmas set that I love is Peace and Love, I also like Ornament elements and Merry altought I'm not sure if I need either of the last two mentioned because they are very casual... I think I have enough of that type of Christmas sets. Dina

I love Peace and Love. The "peace" is perfect for Christmas, and the "love" is perfect for Valentine's. The sentiments are great.

The Love Swirls wheel, p. 31 and not a new wheel, will coordinate with the "love" stamp.

Am I the only one in love with MERRY???? (Not Merry Minstrels, just Merry! p. 52.... I love this!! I also like the "Solemn Stillness" set, but I don't think I'd use it as much.
