Question What is your FAVORITE coloring technique and paper with it?

Please be specific as to what brand you use of both. :p

My favorite coloring technique (so far) is using my Prismacolor pencils on Parertrey White paper..

I have Prismacolor markers, but haven't used them very much yet.
Why?? I do not know.

I've seen others work with markers and it is beautiful. I guess I'll have to reach for them instead of the pencils once in a while.

I have the Twinkling H20's, but only used them once.

I guess I need to "expand my horizons." !!;)

I pick the color directly up off a classic pad with an aquapainter. Sometimes I use watercolor paper, but mostly I use SU white or vanilla. I love the look of watercolor paper, but often don't want that much bleed.

I have a few favorites, and sometimes combine them.

#1: Watercolor paper (I use Arches 140 lb) with reinkers (SU & Adirondack) & waterbrush (Niji).

#2: Copic Markers on Georgia Pacific White Cardstock (From WalMart)

#3: SU Markers & Niji Waterbrush on Watercolor Paper

#4: SU Classic Pads (ink squeezed into the lid) & Niji Waterbrush on Watercolor Paper.

I usually combine all 3 techniques when watercoloring.

Default Favorite coloring technique and paper

I'd have to say Prismacolor pencils and gamsol(Inky Antics). The gamsol doesn't fray the paper (Georgia Pacific white).
