Default Whats Brewin' Vs Espress Yourself

OK, I have Whats Brewin'. I LOVE that set. But, I have always had my eye on Espress Yourself too. They both are very similar, but now that Espress Yourself is retiring, I can't help but think that I should get that set too!!!
Do you think they compliment each other well enough to have BOTH?
Do you prefer one over the other?
Your thoughts?
Thanks!

What's Brewin' is before my Stampin'UP career, but I went into the gallery and looked at some of the cards. Personally, I like Espress Yourself better, seems to be more versatile, plus I love the phrases. I hope this helps in your quest to deside.

I like the coffee cup in what's brewin' better. I will be getting rid of my espress yourself. I kept what's brewin' and I still use it all the time!

I have What's Brewin' - I got it in a trade after it retired and I've used it a number of times. I do like it better than Espress Yourself and don't plan on getting that one before it retires. I am hoping for some new coffee and wine sets though!

I like What's Brewin' because it has kind of a retro look to it. Express Yourself is a great set too.

I have both. I prefer What's Brewin', but I like the sentiments in Espress Yourself. I generally use them both on the same card.

I think the espress yourself font is, well, not to be rude, but it is dated. And the coffee cup in what's brewin' is just way cuter IMO.

I like the phrases in espress yourself but it is just too dated of a font. I like cleaner fonts, I'm super picky on that though.... JMO, and you are certainly entitled to ignore it! ;)

I like the retro look of What's brewin, too. I have espress yourself and was going to try to get what's brewin'. But, just maybe they'll come out with something even better now!

I have What's Brewin'? and I'm seriously considering getting Espress Yourself, too. I see totally different color combos when I look at the two different sets. Hmmmm.

What's Brewin' is more of a solid stamp set while Espress Yourself has open images that you can color in, if I'm correct? I love to color. I agree the font in Espress Yourself is so-so, not the best. I'll bet they are coming out with a new coffee set!

I am a coffee lover but just could never fall in love with the Espress Yourself. I arrived in the SU world after What's Brewin's time. I'm hoping they have a new set for us caffeinated ones to fall in love with in the new caddy!

I completely agree. The set's been on my wishlist but there's always been a better stamp set to get and never got it. If they don't have a good set to replace it, I'll be disappointed that I didn't get it, but if I get it and they have a better set I'll be disappointed that I got it.

I just love the coffee cup stamp with What's Brewin'. I am also a tea drinker and I think that cup fits both coffee and tea. I do like the sayings in Express Yourself, but agree that the font needs improving. I probably will pass on EY as I already have What's Brewin. Hopefully they will come out with an updated set that all of us like!

I am not even a coffee drinker but I have both, love them both, use them together from time to time. If you get it and later change your mind or SU does come out with a new one you like better, you can always trade or sell here ;).
