once you snap the ends together, can u take them apart again??? Like if you want to switch from a 22' length to a 90 degree angle?? Or once it is together, thats how it stays?? Thanks for your help!!
P.S. i dont wanna break it trying.....lol
If you put the two pieces together, I believe it is about 22" long. I can't measure it right now, so that may be slightly off. The cool part about the wheel guide is that you can attach more than 2 together, which I plan to do this year for when I wheel my Christmas wrapping paper !!!
It is approximately 1/4' high. It has these really great rubber pads on the bottom so it does not slip around.
I often use just half of the ruler/guide on smaller projects like a card.
could you get the same results using pop dots under a ruler??
I suppose so, if all you're wheeling is a card front, probably, but unless the ruler is clear, it can be somewhat challenging to line up properly.
Also, a regular ruler cannot extend diagonally across a 12 x 12" page, nor can it be snapped together at 45 degree angle for the mitered corner feature.
I was skeptical at first, but now that I have one, I love it! Works beautifully and SU! has it priced lower than MSRP.

I LOVE my wheel guide! I just bought my very first wheel.... the jumbo wheel & 'Wash Day'.... I've decided to make 2-4-6-8 boxes for a baby shower that I am hosting... Having the wheel guide helps SO much with getting the image exactly where I need it... This is a LIFE saver!!!
I also like that it is great to use with scoring paper-like for 2-4-6-8 boxes. The rubber bottoms help keep teh stratight edge from moving with a lot less pressure. I LOVE mine!
