Where can I find clear plastic luggage tags?

I need a local source not online. I'd love to make some stamped luggage tags, but I can't find them. Any help would be appreciated!

I have bought the horizontal and veritcal ones at Walmart. They are in the isle with the luggage and duffle bags.

I have seen clear plastice name badge kits(hang from a lanyard) at Office Max.

Wal-Mart has the laminating kind. In the office supply section.
