Just curious where everyone finds their favorite stamps outside of Stampin Up?
I'll be the first to say Stampin Up has the best, but I can't always find what I want and need other sources. I have spent numerous hours on internet searching. I thought I could ask all of you where you get yours.
My favorite brands lately have been Penny Black, Stamps Happen, and Stampendous. I've been buying a lot of stamps from www.addictedtorubberstamps.com. in the past couple of months. They have an enormous selection, and their shipping is fast and reasonable. Over the Labor Day weekend they're offering 1/2 price shipping! They also include little surprises in the package....you never know what it will be...usually hard candies and a little foam stamp! It's like opening a box of Cracker Jacks!

I go out side of Stampin Up for the dark side of me stamping stamps. I love Zettiology and I by from Art Chix Studios. There are about 10 different ones that I go to. All are unmounted.

Try impression-obsession. They're so nice and their stamps are just too cute. They got the unmounted in the clearance for $1. My favorite is Alesa Baker's stamps. So pretty. Try their website, everytime I order I've never had problems. I also met them at conventions and they seemed like real nice people. http://www.impression-obsession.com
Thanks for enabling my addiction!!! I just ordered a Raggedy Ann stamp and one of a barn with sunflowers!

I love layering with Outlines, Northwoods for watercoloring, and Stamps by Judith and Heather for fun, goofy graphics. And I'm still trying to upload some examples
I have to say that other than Stampin' Up! that Magenta makes absolutely beautiful stamps. Many, many of my stamps are from that company. They are a Canadian company, with an office in Quebec. The images are of very high quality and I read on their site lately that they "do not retire their stamps". You can go online to browse their catalogs. Their catalogs are completely unorganized. You have to spend a lot of time looking for images that you want...that would be their ONLY downfall. I like Hampton as well.
Other than SU, I have stamps from vivalasvegastamps.com! I LOVE them!!! Plus, dh actually took me there when we went to Las Vegas a few months ago - probably because I went on the cheesey Star Trek rides! ;) They have some great stamps! Dh even picked out a few for me to make cards for him with!!! ;)
I always dig through the clearance bins at Hobby Lobby. Michael's has wheels and cartridges. I have bought a ton from addictedtorubberstamp.com, too. And some from Close to my Heart.

I have looked on line at some of the VLV stamps. They do have a good selection, but it seems to take me forever to look. I never get all the way through them.
Although they haven't arrived yet, I just placed an order thru www.Stampscapes.com. I ordered a current set thru them and a discontinued set thru their store on ebay. The projects look awesome and I am always looking for something unique! They also have these available individually on addicted to rubberstamps. Other than that I have only browsed, but I do have a few CTMH sets. I mostly have SU, but have been starting to branch out.
If you want a lot of backgrounds, you can't go wrong checking out www.cornishheritagefarms.com -- you can buy them unmounted on ez foam and use them face up. Great selection. Not all of them are my cup of tea, but many of them are awesome. Very nice company to deal with.

For acrylics check out www.newcleardollarstamps.com The customer service is great and the owner likes to get suggestions for new stamps from the customers. They also have a good variety of items to stamp on.
Other than Stampin' Up, I have become quite partial to the Penny Black stamps. I am from a dairy farm, and I absolutely LOVE her cows and other farm animals....they are adorable.
