Me too! MamaKimberly spilled the beans for us about SAB (she's well-connected, ya know). I really hate waiting.

Isn't it nice to be immature in good company?

Do you spend $300US on stampin stuff in a 3 month period...you should be a demo.

Do you get a kick out of showing off your artwork...you should be a demo.

Do you like to tell people what to do...you should be a demo.

However, this is a very personal decision and only you can know your heart.

The matching punch goes with the "Looks Like Spring" set that also has matching papers that are double sided-seriously-they rule! I think they are the cutest papers from Su I have ever seen and work perfectly with the set.

Seriously-you might pass out!:p

Yea MamaK!

How is the Linen BG different than Canvas or Cheesecloth? More fabric-ish like Just Jeans? I'm sooooo excited!

Alison
it looks like a piece of linen-I think it will be GREAT with a soft color creamy caramel on vanilla, or embossed in clear over a darker color.

Just another teaser--->
I never pre-order, and my pre-order for this mini will be over $150-and I am not the only demo in this boat! LOL
(oh and I have not even gotten my mini yet-this is just from what I saw at Leadership and descriptions here!)

I posted a few samples from Simply Said in my gallery last night (click on the link in my sig line) -I am still playing with it and love it but I NEED NEED NEED the bg stamp that goes with it.

My demo brought her Spring Mini to stamp club at my house yesterday! I can't believe I want so much stuff!

Unfroggettable is on the top of my list, along with the matching wheel "Daisy Field." There are (I think) 2 different frogs, a mushroom, a dragonfly, a few sayings (Have I toad you lately that I love you, You're unfroggettable, Hoppy Birthday). The wheel--standard size--looks like long grass, with a few daisies growing in it. Very cute!

Looks Like Spring is the set with the two mini backgrounds that make argyle and the flowers. Have to have it. And the punch, of course. Way too cute. And I am so tempted by the matching papers. Maybe I'll inherit thousands of dollars and get to buy whatever I want!

There's also a set called Graceful Words that is sort of like Wonderful Words--Rejoice, Grace, Blessings, and one more I can't remember. Maybe Faith.

There is a card-cover envelope template that I don't really understand but I'm sure will be wonderful. :-) And Greeting Glue that is for the envelopes you *make* so that people could lick and stick the flap.

Then the Simply Said set that matches Dots and Daisies. . . Oh My!

If I hadn't already bought Canvas, I'd be more interested in Linen BG. To me, Linen looks like it should be called Canvas, and canvas should be called mesh or something. :-) Maybe they won't seem so similar to me after I see everybody here use them.

I really love the Hostess Appreciation set--lots of phrases in a cute font. Hopefully I can trade for it somehow.

Hope this satisfies your curiosity! at least for the moment. I can't wait to hold mine and drool over it.

I have not seen it yet !! Sounds like the Spring Mini Catalog has some cute stuff in it. If you like frogs have you bought the "Frolicking Frogs" pg. 100
in the idea book. I just bought that one and I'm trying to think of where I can use it !! Anyway I'll be looking for the catalog.

Thanks,

There's also a cutesie animal set with "easter blessings" in a scripty font with a lamb and stuff... very cutesy style.

Just cause I like you.. funky floral... it has samples in the gallery already

God's way with inspirational quotes in arial font...

shades of nature, long shadow blocks with matching images.... and an ivy patch thingy...

OH YEAH... and the jumboid alphabets! Alphabet stamps the size of a BACKGROUND STAMP! 16.95/letter!! MASSIVE!

good things grow, square solid stamps with flowers on them...

long time friend.... vintagey floral thingies...

travel sketchbook.... reminds me of an old architecture set.... sketches of things... pretty

I think that's enough leakin ;)

FYI the frog is more like the frog in Birthday Banter, as opposed to the frogs in Frolicking Frogs...

The huge alphabet stamps...all the letters? 'Cause I have a kid whose name starts w1th X, so...Yes, if they made all the letters, they made that one for me.
Also, are there #s? Because cute birthday pages can be made from here to forever if I can get #s 0-9.

Thank you MamaK and Britta and Amy and everybody!!!

The travel sketch book..... what are they sketches of?

PLEASE let them be of europe - I am moving there, and that set would be heaven for doing all the scrapbook pages I will have!

You are in luck...one is of London (or maybe Paris), Venice, Florence and I am not sure of the other one. I am sure some one else will know for sure.

SCS can get in trouble for links like this being posted...I know the mods usually remove them pretty quickly. There are lots of SU! employees that visit SCS, so you may want to remove it just so SCS doesn't get in trouble. ;-) Not trying to be "Debbie Downer" I just don't want SCS to get in trouble from SU!

Is there any speculation on what might be in the new 2006 catty? Surely the new flower punch and the double sided paper will make it? And what about the background stamp and the Looks Like Spring with the matching flower stamp? Anyone heard anything about that? OH - and the Monogram Alphabet? How can they do that for just the mini? Won't they HAVE to have that in the catty? I just don't understand the reasoning. HELP?
