I know this is whiney, but how come I can't see the mini online if everyone seems to have the catalog in their hot little hands? Is there a link to it?
First of all, Katie, that photo of your little monkey is PRICELESS! I downloaded the mini, but it is ginormous! For true satisfaction, I'll have to wait for my print copy. ;)
If your demo sends one out to you, you should have received it already. I know my customers have received theirs. Call your demo (or go to demo locator on www.stampinup.com if you need a demo). It's a beautiful mini!

Why, thank you so much for that :-) It was his first run-in with prunes...
I also need to whine-the last quarter I spent $120 in orders for SU, and the demo hasn't even sent a brochure, guess you know who I won't need to order from again

Don't get down on her so quickly. Maybe she did send one and it got lost in the mail, it does happen alot with the minis. Although it does make for good business, it is not required of demos to send out mini catalogs. It is something extra demos have to pay for out of their own pocket, they are not FREE. Maybe you just need to ask her if she has one for you.

Demos have the choice to do a mailing selector to mail out mini's to customers - some do this (which is why some people have gotten thier minis in the mail) and some order packs of minis to personally hand deliver to thier customers - I used to hand deliver them when a majority of my customer base was either my co-workers or my neighbors...now I have a few customers scattered here and there so I just mail them (which costs me more per mini catalog to do, but the cost is worth it to me to save me time)
However mail is a fickle thing - especially with small catalogs they can easily get ripped or lost...
You might want to ask your demo if she has ordered one for you (either through the mail or to be hand delivered to you) before making any decisions. If she hasn't you might want to let her know that in the future you would enjoy receiving the mini catalog early

The customer selector for this catalog may have closed before you placed the order - give her another chance, because we have to choose which customers get the catalogs WAY ahead of time!
