Default White wrapping paper....

I just bought 3 rolls of white wrapping paper at Dollar Tree. It has a little shine to it, but seems to stamp really well. The roll is 30"x96". This is a very cost effective product...great for all of that customized gift wrap. You cant beat a buck!!!!

Sounds good but how thick is it? Will it cover over writing on boxes and such?

Default White Wrapping paper

I didn't find any at our Dollar Tree and so I broke down and bought 3 rolls of it from Stampin' Up! It's really nice and thick. I stamped on it with creamy caramel to see if the images would cover up with the paper on a very large printed cereal box that they get 12 boxes of cereal comes in that one and we picked it up from the grocery store. The SU paper covered every inch of the writing on that box I was really impressed with it. It also has a little sheen to the paper and feels wonderful...like the ultrasmooth cardstocks.

Just got my white wrapping paper rom SU! today. it was backordered forever. It is really nice quality paper. It came in a sturdy cardboard box that can open and re-seal. The Dollar Store brand sounds good, I may have to look for som eat my local store. I have looked in the past but, not the last few times that i've been there. Thanks for sharing.

how about using freezer paper? I've tried it and it works good. I stamp on the side that's not shiny.

I buy alot of wrapping paper and nothing compares to the SU! roll. It's the best I've worked with EVER.

Admittedly the paper from Dollar Tree is not AS thick as SU paper. Works great to cover white boxes probably. But the more you stamp on it, the better it covers. I did not mean to imply that this paper was BETTER than SU's....just that I found some for $1...and was so excited.
