I am! I am so lucky to only have a 90 minute drive home...I am sooo tired! I am overwelmed with all of the info and ideas (my first convention) and have been on my DBWS for the last hour trying to get all of my contacts imported....no fun! Who else is home?
I just got home (Phoenix, AZ) about 30 minutes ago. It was my first convention too! I had a blast and am pumped up to try so many of the suggestions/training offered at convention... very worthwhile experience!

I'm sitting in the Philadelphia airport, waiting for the last leg of my trip home. Boarding is supposed to start in about an hour and a half, and the flight is a little more than an hour long. I'm tired, but still have a bit of my Convention buzz left! ;)

got home an hour ago in Rockford, IL. Early flight to Minneapolis, then Chicago, then charter bus to Rockford. And so tired I can't think straight, but can't sleep either!

My Upline called me about 1 1/2 hours ago and she is still in Utah. She was suppose to fly out at 7:30 last night. She is on standby and it is a "buddy" standby so she doesn't get moved to priority if she gets bumped. She's praying she gets on the next flight at 4:30 as she has a class tomorrow night. Luckily she is with a fellow stamper and as she says "new friend" so it isn't so so bad. However, she has two of the new sets in her hand but all her ink is already in Atlanta, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
I am not home, but I made it to my parents' house (and more importantly, my babies!) at 12:25 a.m. this morning. We were shot and SO glad to be there. We almost hit several different deer and antelope on the last stretch.
It was SO awesome to wake up to my kids pouncing on us this morning!!! I really missed those little boogers.

My upline & I made it home around 6PM tonite. Everything went off without a hitch (as my dad says upon returning from his trips: Landings equal take-offs!!!!).
Had the opportunity to stay one more day if I had given up seat (upline had things on the books for Monday)--would have probably had my airfare for next year's convention (airline would have put me up in a hotel overnight and fed me, and given a $400 voucher for travel within the next year). I was SO tempted, but I really did miss kids & hubby (needed some fuzzy therapy too--even missed the animals a bit!).
Hope everyone else makes it home safely!
Happy new catalog!

Our flight was at 11:29. We arrived, the "equipment" needed to be changed and it was being changed to a smaller plane. They ask for volunteers to take another flight. They moved us to gate 2 & they ask for volunteers to get off again. They moved us to gate 3, said we'd leave at 2:15 and we sat. They moved us to gate 4 and said we'd be out of there at 1:20ish. We fill the plane and there are still 3 or 4 too many. They ask people to get off the plane in exchange for vouchers yet again. 4 good souls get off - we cheer to thank them. We took off about 1:30. When our plane's doors closed, we all clapped and cheered! It was a funny yo-yo sort of day for a 75 minute flight, LOL!

Sheesh I wish I was home, my downline refuses to fly so unfortunately I drove from Salt Lake City to East Oregon, and am in a musky hotel room for then night then home to seattle tomorrow! Hopefully! I would love to be home!

got in at 11:40 PM last night, home about 12:15 this AM.
Good flights, looking at other ladies swaps at the airport...so much fun!!!
I was lucky enough to stay with a friend in Draper Saturday night, went into the mountains to eat breakfast. You must see the mountains if you go next year, they are spectacular (and about 25 degrees cooler)!!!!
tired at work today, but glad to see my dog and cat!!!!
I've been home since yesterday morning (only live 25 min. from SLC), but I've been semi comatose since then!!! We finished cleaning up after the Sat. night 80's par-tay about 12:30 a.m. and I stayed there at the Radisson. Drove home early to help DH get everybody to church at 9:00 a.m.--I practically slept through the whole thing!
I'm home!!! I arrived early this morning (12:30am) and it was so nice to see my husband and kids!
And for those of you who saw my messy room, YES, I was able to fit everything back into my suitcases- just barely, but it all came home with me!. All 6 bottles of Polygamy Porter arrived safely as well.. ;)
I had a blast, met lots of new friends (love ya girls!!), took lots of photos and I'm already looking forward to next year!
I arrived yesterday and bounced back to work this morning. I really wished I could take another week off to play with all the great ideas I got.
Had a super time. Meeting old friends and making new ones.
We arrived home last night in Michigan, uneventful flight YEA! And I talked with other demos all the way home. Glad to be back home, but convention was amazing!! Nobody is a stranger once you get there, meet a lot of awesome stampers and had a really great time. The swaps were wonderful too, great work ladies
Back to work today though-the parties over
I flew home today and I'm so tired! I stayed with family in SLC and stayed up late talking with my sister most of the nights. She commented that she was wiped out too because she never stays up late!
I still have some unpacking to do, but luckily my 4 year old starts preschool tomorrow and my 7 year old starts on Wednesday! Woo hoo!
My flight arrived about 5 pm Sunday, and I spent a night/day with my sis. I came home about 5 last night. Am sooo glad to see my own bed.
Since July 2nd, I have been on 10 airplanes and slept in many beds. I am so thankful to finally stay home for a bit. In fact, I doubt if even a free ticket somewhere would intice me to fly for the next month.
Hey Tami (shannacourt), my polygamy porter made it too! DH saving it for a "special occasion". Totally cracked up!
Had a blast with you, Lori & Chris. You guys made my convention - you rock!
Congrats on getting all that stuff home - I didn't believe it when I saw your room!
Special occasion?? Are you planning on adding to the family unit? LOL We've cracked open two bottles so far and it's pretty good. Kinda makes me wish we bought more!
Feeling is mutual in regards to you, Stella and Cherise- I can't wait to meet again next year and see what kind of fun and mischief we can stir up!(except let's try to keep the broken leg thing for this year only..) Love ya ladies!
Well, packing proved to be a bit of a challenge. I hadn't realized how bad our room (or should I just say my stuff.. because itwas all mine in the photo except for Lori's pink bag) until it was midnight and I had to start packing. After much laughing, swearing and sweating, we managed to stuff it all back in the suitcases- all under 50 lbs each! You know now that Stella posted that picture, I'm never going to be able to secure a roommate at any event if Lori decides not to room with me anymore.. no one would want to put up with that mess! What can I say? I was having too much fun to worry about clean rooms or packing..

I was so glad to share the fun at convention with all of you and I can't wait to do it all over again next year.
I don't know what we would have done without those portable luggage scales! We were arranging and rearranging things in suitcase until after 2:00 AM so we could get everything to fit.
