Ok , will I kick myself for not getting Loads of Love or do you think it will show up in the next catty ? Or do you think I could do more with the Happiest of Holidays and all of the wheels in the back of the Holiday mini ?
I am really having a tough time trying to decide. Please help, I know you all can make my decision easier.
It is a hard one! Loads of love is really cute, but I LOVE the wheels - ALL - of the jumbo wheels in the mini. I have all 3 and the happiest of holidays stamp set. They do go together quite nicely! The swirling stars isn't just for xmas either-there are some great examples of non-xmas cards, etc on line!!
Loads of love: The trees are very similar to the Flakey Friends trees, the sayings-I have similar in other sets, the other stamps are cute and if I really need to use them - I'll just borrow em'!!!

I thought the same thing but couldn't pass up Loads of Love. I adore that truck and didn't want to miss the opportunity to get it! I would be surprised if it is not in next year's catty but it is too good to miss. So cute and fun and really really versatile!
I am not sure about them showing in the next catty but as a non demo I have to have them now just in case they do not show up later. I have loads of love and I just love all the creations that everyone has come up with and I have Happiest of Holidays and the wheels on the way - I LOVE the swirling stars wheel and figured I should go ahead and get them all.
Like someone has said before - you can get them and if you find that you do not use them you can always sell them.

I ordered loads of love when I first saw it! That said, I have since added all 3 jumbo wheels and the happiest of holidays to my collection. :lol: Can you tell I am seriously addicted to this hobby? There is an adorable birthday card made with the truck from loads of love that I cased for my DH 50TH birthday, then I went to a stamp camp that used all the wheels - so.... they got added to a later order. Not much help, was I?

My theory is that if you LOVE it, get it. It may not show up in the next catalog. Unless you're a demo, in which case I wouldn't buy it unless it shows up in the catalog, because then you're spending money on stuff you can't demo.

I got the wheels and the Happiest of Holidays and passed on the Loads of Love. IF it shows up in the big one next year, then I might get it. With the Holidays set, you can even cut the stamp so that the "wishing you the happiest of" is separate from the "holidays" and then you can add any other statement after it throughout the year.

YES!!!! Loads of Love is a must have!! I think it'll make it into the new catty, but what if it doesn't!?!?!
My solution: at least, this is what I did. I bought Loads of Love & the Woodcut Holly wheel for me (I love holly stamps!!) and my MIL's b-day was last week so I got Happiest of Holidays, Poinsetta wheel & Swirling Stars wheel for her. So, we can share!!! And I justified spending the $$$$ because "It was for your mother's birthday honey!"

IMO... there our tons of Christmas stamps and only ONE truck, you can do so much with that little baby, it can be used for any occasion!! There will probably be several new Christmas stamps in the new catty and mini's to follow...
I am having the same delemma (sp?) I already have Loads of Love and absolutely love it, so I am safe there. I think the wheels are nice, but I hate to buy them if they will not be in the catalog next year. I hate all this unknown stuff! However, all the great samples I have seen with the three wheels and the stamp set are soooooo cooooooool! I guess I could sell them if they do not make it into the 2005-2006 catalog. I think I am going to go ahead and buy them, especially since there is free shipping. Katie

ITA ~ you can use it for so many occasions. I did a Halloween card with it. I'm doing a December holiday card with it. I'm betting by the end of the weekend I'll have a Thanksgiving card done with it and the spinner card concept for my nephews. Loads of Love will probably be in the new catalog, but there is so much you can do with it NOW!! The wheels, only got another month to use those.
Ok ladies , I Thank you all for your help ! You did help me make up my mind,and after I took a good look at the sets galleries , I finally decided.
I am going to get ... Loads of Love ! I had made a card with this set at a stamp camp, and sent it to my Dad for a get well card, after his knee replacement surgery , he absolutely loved it . My family said he just kept looking at it and kept saying how cool it was. I guess if it is that cool , I have to have it .
I wish I could afford them all , but I want to save some money for the SAB thing in January, and to get a few things from the winter mini too .
I'll be surprised if Loads of Love doesn't make it into the next Idea Book. I'll even go out on a limb and make a prediction that they'll have an accessories set for it with even more things to "load" it with!

I am going to pass on it. (Well, I say that but I may give in yet!) I do hope it makes it in the next IB&C. There is just too much in the winter mini (and SAB) I want to get. I do hope you are right!
This is my first time to jump into a discussion--although I try to make time to come look and read each day. I haven't noticed anyone else commenting on this, so I thought I would point it out. If you look at the December page of the new SU calandar, you will see several items from this mini. That tells me that these have made it to next year's big catalog. BTW--I am a little disappointed the December calandar page doesn't have any new samples on it . . .
I am passing of LOL right now (it has to make it into the catalogue) but the wheels I believe a sure deal...I mean they only have a few now so these should be keepers.
I just looked through the catalog to see what jumbo wheels were in there for Christmas. There were not any jumbo Christmas wheels! That makes me think that the three wheels and that Happy Holidays set will definitely be in the new catalog. Just another thought to pass on to you guys. The cards that use the three wheels and stamp set I have seen on this website are just too beautiful! Everyone is such an inspiration to me. I need to stop reading and go work on my Thanksgiving cards.
