Default WIREWORKS HELP!

I've never really tried working with wire yet, but I'd like to learn. Does anyone have any tips, clever ideas, or anything to help me get started? I'd appreciate any ideas you talented people can give. TIA. Lynn

The 1/8 circle punch will come in handy.

Needle nose pliers and wire cutters like the ones in the crafters tool kit will make working with wire a wonderful experience!

You can get a curly look by twisting the wire around a paintbrush or pencil.

I twist my wire around a nail, I like the smaller curl look than a pencil will give.

This page shows a beaded box with hammered wire:

I haven't tried hammering wire yet. Bet it would look cool on a card!

I made some of the Wire Christmas cards from Dee's site this year. My husband made a little triangle of nails for me on a block of wood. (Ones without the heads make removal a lot easier :-)

Default crafters tool kit

I think this is an absolute must have!!! I love the pliers/wirecutters. They're great for twisting. Also, there is the little hole punch that has a handle that you could get really small or larger area to wrap around. I've also seen some really cool things done with the crimper and running the wire through that.
