Sometimes I do weird things when I have insomnia - like place orders for stamp sets like Wisecracks.
I ordered it for the sentiments/words - I thought they were funny. The woman is a little weird looking but she's there so we have to deal with it.
So I check out the gallery and guess how many cards are in there? YEP 12, one dozen. That's it.
And yet, when I read the comments on the cards - people are saying "I have this set and don't know what to do with it."
So I know more people bought it.
So now my poll. choose the answer that describes you best. If you pick #4 you have to (stamp police will get you for non-compliance) post a NEW card made with this set!

i have this set and i love it! i do sets of coasters for gifts for friends and family and people around the office and everyone loves this set when i do it. ive also used it on cards for girlfriends of mine
I checked "no way did I order that set" Only because I feel the same way about Wanda!!!! LOL I bought both Wanda sets thinking how GREAT and FUNNY these were, and I must still like them cause I just refuse to sell or attempt to trade them, lol. I have posted a card in my gallery with her, but not many people have even looked at it. lol
I didn't even remember it was a stamp set! I don't really hate it - it is just an innocent stamp set after all - but I don't think I'd buy it. I have enough others that are tough for me to work with.

Oh dear! I don't have this set, but after looking at it on eBay! LOL I really need it.
Yes, if I had it I'd use it! I have a few friends and we share a twisted humor between us! This would be great!

I love the sentiments, so initially when the catalog came out it was on my wish list. But after looking at that woman a number of times, I decided she really, really freaks me out. SO no way, LOL!
Before I started making all my cards, I enjoyed the humorous ones from stores. Funny that I don't make more like that, although I enjoy doing some funny stuff with the Load of Love truck. I'm very tempted to get Computer Quips (pg 92), it makes me laugh.

After Heartfelt Thanks, and Leapfrogs, this was the set I got when the IB&C came out. Loved the wisecracks...cut and mounted and put her away - right next to the first Wanda. Hasn't seen ink... Maybe I should use Wanda with the sentiments...since she's closer to a grown up Maxine. lol
I don't have it, but a close friend does. She has never used it, and told me the other day that she doesn't know what to do with it. I wouldn't mind having it...if she sold it to me for cheap!
:???: I've been playing around with it... so far nothing I care to share but hoping to find a good card with it. I still think the sentiments are hilarious!

I agree with you about the sentiments - but have you seen your poll? You think we can surmise that we will have a lovely retired set? I hope that SU still will have some of these kinds of sets and I'll wait to purchase - after you...

Computer quips makes me laugh too and yet I've held off buying it - I'm afraid it's too cheesy..... (as if Wisecracks isn't!):o
