Default Wooden Ink Pad Caddies

I'm looking for a wooden caddy that holds ink pads, refill bottles and markers, but not stamping wheels. I like how the ones on www.suink.net hold the pad, marker and ink of one color right next to each other, but I store my wheels another way so I don't want to waste room on the caddy with wheel pegs. Has anyone seen such a caddy or know of any other sites that sell wooden ones?

Thanks!
Monica

My husband builds storage racks ~ here's his latest. He can also do custom orders.

The storage racks would hold ribbon too. That would fit on the little pegs that they put the wheels on. Just have them space the pegs out so that the rolls of ribbon fit just great on them!

I got my holder from suink.net, and I just love it! It turns really great and holds lots of stuff on the top as well. I never thought to put ribbon where the wheels go, I think that is a great idea! My father painted mine for me, and I couldn't ba happier with it.

Here's another pic ~ this one shows the concealed ribbon storage that is in the middle of the unit. Both the ink pad storage and the scissor rack are on their own lazy susan. ;)

I got mine from http://www.hankswoodcrafts.com/
I didn't see exactly what I wanted on his site so I emailed him and he was able to custom make exactly what I wanted. He was very fast and very friendly.

I purchased my INK-DEK 4/68 from www.dekdevelopment.net last year and love it. It's on a lazy susan and each side holds the matching marker, pad, refill, cartridge and cartridge refill. Now that SU had discoutinued a seperate refill for the ink cartridges, I use the open spot for my jumbo cartridges. The space where the pad goes is tall enough to fit both the classic and craft pad, so you could use the extra slot for the craft refill.

In addition, it had a "well" on the top where I store all my wheel handles. My punches are also stored on the top. On the bottom, there's room for my watercolor pencils and my pastels plus spaces that right now house my 6 Staz-On pads, 6 spectrum pads, my VM pad with refill and versamerker AND I still have a section that empty. There are also 2 big drawers to store stuff. To give you an idea of the size of the drawers, in one I have 4 jumbo wheels and 17 regular wheels (although, I just purchased a rack and as soon as I stain and varnish it the wheels will have a new home).

I looked into a lot of different options before purchasing this unit. It costs more than most that are out there, but it holds so much stuff that I thought it was worth the price. I don't regret my decision at all.

One thing that may be a disadvantage to some is it's size. It is a big unit. I happen to have a perfect place for it (a corner spot on my L-shaped stampin table). You can find the dimensions for it on the website.

Happy shopping. Whichever unit you order, it'll be like Christmas when the box arrives. I couldn't wait to open mine and fill it with "stuff"!
