Has anyone ever ordered from them? I placed and order back on Oct 16th, received one email a few days after, "awaiting fulfillment", now nothing. Emailed them 3 times, no response.

I have never heard of them but did a quick search online and noticed that the Better Business Bureau had over 50 complaints listed against them - plus other websites that came up in the search had many complaints as well. Is there any way that you can call your Credit Card company and voice your concerns? Or if you paid with PayPal, you should be protected by their Buyer Protection Plan. Given that alot of people seem to have the same problem that you are having, I would definitely follow it up today. So sorry that you are going through the stress and frustration of this sort of thing :(

I'd never heard of them either. Did a search and wow one for website and all other links came up for consumer affairs and irrate customers. Get your payment stoped if its credit card. Dont wait.

Wow, after the comments I had to see what this company was about but upon Goggling the name and all you get after the first listing of the company site is all the complaint listings against them......... a sure sign to stay away!! I had never heard of them before and it doesn't look like I missed much!

Default Don't order from them!

I order once from them and received my stuff. So I thought I could order again..never received my items. They did not respond to email and they don't answer the phone. I'm out $25 - I filed a complaint with BBB; it won't get my $$ back but it lets others know what kind of business they are.

I've perused their site before and it's one of those web pages that isn't eye appealing. It had the visual look of something that wasn't a reputable or very good company. I hadn't even gotten to their complains. I moved on. My apologies. I truly hate it when bad companies get us in. I'm very scary of unknown companies.

I will pray that they send you your order with no issues. Good luck.

I'm so glad I found this thread by googling the same question. I almost purchased some spellbinders from them because it was a suggested site on Google on their results page. YIKES. I'm sorry you went through this trouble, but am another person you saved from them. TY

I assume you paid with credit card or PayPal?
If so you should have some recourse for the money. Unless you waited too long (waiting since October is much too patient). Not sure if there is a time deadline on claims.

Order on 11/25/14. Follow up as to where is at and they state moving from California to New Mexico created problems. Followed up again in January 2015 to cancel order. They acknowledged cancelled order and submitted refund request to accounting department on 2/8/2015. LOL no accounting department for this business. Today filed bank fraud complaint. Not Nice. First bad vendor experience. That's why PayPal and Amex are best to use and if a vendor does not take it don't buy from them. -Crafter from NJ-
