Well, after tonight I do! How can I possibly find the time to use all my stamps and the new ones I just ordered? It's a sickness I just know it is right?
I keep telling myself it could be worse...I could be buying things that aren't healthy for me right! Well hey, at least I make and send cards out to make ppl feel better and I never need to "buy" another card again!
I'm over flowing too! I'm in search of more storage ideas to hold more stamps.
Ya know, if I didn't get to stamp I think I'd be crazy! Stamping is so relaxing to me and fun and I just couldn't do without it.
I can't remember who said it but I know I read it here and she said, "It's cheaper than therapy!"
I not only not sell my retired stamps but I BUY off the list of the ones that are going to retire.. Hmmm I think it is an addiction but like others have said, I never have to buy another card.
I felt like I was drowning in stamps. Iris carts everywhere. Then when I unmounted them all and saw what little area they took up, I suddenly felt free to buy more! Amazing how perspective can change. I do go through my stamps regularly and give away or sell ones I don't use enough.

Not only do I do this but I buy already retired ones from the "bay" too!!!! Then there is my ever growing non-SU collection too!!!! I have three Ikea bookcases full of stamps and trust me there is no end in sight!!! One of these days my DH is just going to take away the CC and then the fun will be over

I love them all even if I don't use them. I am running out of room but instead of thinking which ones can I put away I'm thinking where can I put more?

I thought I did until I saw a pic in Rubber Stamper...so I showed DH and said, "see, it could be SOOOO much worse. Right now I only have 1 shelf in my Target 12x12 cube and a shoebox full of stamps. (And a demo kit on the way...and a list for SAB...)
i not only have to many SU stamps, but now have a new passion Stampscape stamps. Found this cute shop in Nashville, Ind. that was loaded with them. She gave a demo and of course that didn't help matters any. Anyway a bucket of money later here I am with another stamping passion. Fun Fun Fun
I find myself "challenging" myself to use more of them. I have so many that I can't get around to all of them, so every so often, I pull out a set that I haven't ever used and make myself make something with it. I am trying to convince myself that I don't need to buy more stamps til I have at least used all of the stamps that I currently own.
There are days when it feels like I have too many . . . . just 'cause sometimes it's hard for me to "focus" on a set to use. SO many possibilities! But they just keep making new ones that I "have" to have and I can't possibly part with my "old" ones . . . I did sell off a few retired sets a couple of years ago and I've regretted doing that.
I sold a few of my sets and almost went into depression LOL. But I know who bought them so I have visitation rights to them, which makes me feel a little better. You can never have to many stamps LOL!
My hubby doesn't have room to talk! He collects DVD's and skateboards! Oh, and he rides dirtbikes so my stamping hobby doesn't even come close to his hobbies money wise! I really don't see an end to my buying stamps..it's something in my blood hehe
Yes, sometimes I joke about it but I really have too much of everything -- stamping related. I want to focus on using what I already have and not be tempted by the new stuff. Kind of like a grown up is supposed to act. LOL

yeah, this is how I feel, too. LOL! That is why I am stalking my M's till they get the Cuttlebug back in stock!
I too have too many stamps. (And paper, and eyelets, and ribbon, and...) But I figured that God knew that I would be moving to a place where there was no store that I could just pop into any time I want.
A year ago I moved from California to Kentucky and there is no stamp store anywhere. Well, now my SU demo loves me!!!

Seriously, there are many times when I think I have too many. I do sell some here & there. The best, of course, to weed out is to trade- that way you get more "new to you" stamps in return. At some points I think I've had more fun trading than actually stamping! Highly recommend trading- you just might get hooked on the thrill of the deal!
