No, I struggle with that BADLY! I have never had any desire for a die cut machine, but used my friend's Sizzix a few weeks ago. It's all I can think of now! So far I've resisted temptation...
All I need to do is read about something new and cool and I'm off to the store. Sigh....

I know the cuttlebug is getting ready to or is already out! i always want the NEW stuff...
I am exactly that way..hear of something new and off i go to the store...and if im home..im constantly thinking about...am i missing something today??????
I, too, really struggle with this. I don't want to think about how many thousands of dollars are piled up in my craft space! I am making a very conscious effort to improve, though. I have started a "Bought it but haven't used it" spot in my room (OK, so it's about 1/4 of the space!!) and anytime I get the urge to buy something, I make myself use something from that pile. Definitely getting much better about using my stuff! I also have learned NOT to buy stuff right away (particularly tools) as oftentime there are issues with the initial design, so the second generation is both better and more affordable.
Who doesn't want everything they want right away? Unfortunately, my wallet and Mastercard have had to subdue me!
This is why I'm deactivating for CM. Couldn't resist all the new products and business enhancers. I have vowed not to buy anymore paper or stickers until I've used up the tons I already have.
I have not vowed against Stampin' Up though! One always NEEDS new stamps and cardstock! ( :

What a fantastic idea!

There are alot of things that I want...and I go to the store with the intention of buying them....then I get there and look at it and wonder if I will ever actually use it. So I hardly end up buying things, lol.
no you are not crazy! lol i struggle with it everyday of my life. i think i have to have EVERYTHING and then some. I am a hopeless addict and i am also a collector ha ha i really, really need a new pair of nike's, but i prefer to buy more stamp stuff than get a new pair of shoes (now that is bad!).
NO, you are not alone! I am now trying to talk myself out of "needing" the cuttlebug! It is toooo cute. I already have a sizzix & a big shot! I think I really "need" the wishblade too! We won't even talk about stamps, and of course those scallop punches everyone is raving about!
I consider myself a Connoisseur of collecting, seems I keep buying but hardly ever get to use anything cause I am on the puter getting "enabled" by all you lovely ladies!!! So, ya'll just keep posting all those new gizmos, gadgets, and wonderful creations you make with them
I have to have everything, but I also use everything I have. I don't do much else, but I do use every single gadget, ink, stamp set, I buy for stamping. My house may be a mess, and my kids may be hungry... (that's a joke, well, at least about hungry kids).
ETA: I'd have plunked down the money for it right then and there, when I stumbled across it at Joann's (you can't find anything Cuttlebug available to buy online yet, for some odd reason, not even at Joann.com !!! But, they had it in the store, "for a few weeks" now, according to the cashier . . . ) , but I'd just come from the service center with a $1,200+ repair bill on my van . . . :(

Oh God, I am like a child, I have to have it and I have to have it now. I have just ordered a Cricut at nearly $500 (why do I have to live in UK?) and now I want the Cuttlebug!
Let's see how long I resist, I mean I already have the Sizzix and the Sidekick and now the Cricut on order, can I really justify a fourth die cutting machine? No, but will that stop me? Probably not! But if I do get the Cuttlebug, I will sell my Sidekick and Sizzix and will only buy Cuttlebug if it will do the job of the other two.
Typing this out has made me realise how spoiled I sound! So I'm gonna resist! ;) Don't know for how long! But I'm gonna try!
