Default great mags!

My favorites are Rubber Stamper and Stamper's Sampler. I rush to get them as soon as they come out.

I have always throught that it would be a brilliant idea for SU to publish a monthly magazine using their products (of course) and showing tons of samples and techniques!! Wouldn't we all want a subscription to that!!?? They could be ordered through your demo and would be a huge boost to their business, at least according to me!

Rubber Stamper is the only one available in stores in my area that is mostly about cards - which is what I mostly do. :p

If I could only choose one, I personally would want one that catered to stampers specifically, so I guess Stamper's Sampler (and their Take Ten Special Issues) would be it for me. Stamp It! would be 2nd, but it only comes out 4 times a year . . .

If I wanted one that catered to paper crafting, with a nice mix (balance) of using stamping, and things made using scrapbooking materials, I'm finding Paper Works is doing splendidly in that vein. I'm beginning to think I'll get a subscription to it and let my Paper Crafts sub die out--they just don't seem to incorporate enough of a balance of stamping in there, at least, for my personal tastes, UKWIM?

Kinda, sorta! ;) But, I picked up the newest Paper Works the other day off rack and was really impressed with the projects featured, AND, that stamping seemed to be more featured? At least, it FELT that way to me, and it made me so happy and inspired!!!!

Default Fave Mag

My very favorite mag is vamp stamp news it's not a very flashy one because it's not printed on glossy paper etc... but it's cheap $3.00 an issue and I almost always read something that I haven't heard of before. I also like the rubber stamper but the last issue that I read didn't seem to have all that much. I enjoy it but it's not a must have for me.

I just love Stamper's Sampler Take Ten issues - I buy all the regular issues of the magazine too, because there's always some awesome ideas in there, but I don't like how they've gotten so "artsy". From reading the letters to the editor, apparently a lot of readers don't like this either!

My DD gave me a subscription to Rubber Stamper and I love it. She used to give me Creating Keepsakes, but then I discovered stamping! <G> I also get Paper Crafts, but I really get tired of seeing so little stamping and SO much use of scrapbooking supplies (patterned papers, stickers, rub-ons, etc). When they have something featuring stamps, I love it, though. I love Stamp It and most of all I love Stamp It Cards! I wish that would come out monthly! <G> I also got PC's Joy of Cardmaking and their new Card Creations and they're both really good for ideas, but just like PC, too many SB'ing supplies and not enough stamping for my tastes!

Rubber Stamp Madness is a little on the extreme side for me - not real practical.

Susan

I love Rubber Stamper's Sampler (especially the Take Ten's), followed closely by Rubber Stamper.
