Okay Girls...here is your list of questions for those who want to do the secret sister swap. Just email me your answers and I will assign everyone their secret someone on Monday. Do NOT post them here for all to read!!!!

Only have a couple of the questionnaires back. I need to assign the sisters so we can have time to shop/create. Let me know if you are planning to participate.

Will there by a way to heat things up at the church by any chance? If not, I assume I could bring a crock pot and plug it in. That might actually work better anyway now that I am thinking about it.
Okay all you Carolina Girls! It looks like we have a date and a location in Charleston so now we just need a guest list and a food list. Who wants to start???
The date for our Fall meet is October 18th and we will be swapping 9:30-4 at a local church who has been gracious enough to lend us some space. I do need to get an idea of how many we will be expecting though so let's get posting!!!
We traditionally have a name tag contest, hand out door prizes (bring one, get one) and this year we are adding a secret sister swap. If you are interested in that let me know. I will send out a questionnaire at the end of the week and match up the "sisters". Gifts can be handmade or store bought with a value of $10-$15. If you would like to particiapate in that, just let me know.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again. We are going to have a hard time topping the Columbia Girls!!!

Okay, I updated the list in the OP. We officially have 12 swappers. I might suggest making 15 just to be on the safe side in case we have an extra one or two that come last minute. I am so looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend. I didn't get everybody's answers back for the Secret Sister but I will be sending out what I have tonight so if you are interested, you have until about 7pm to get me your answers.
I have been working on so much Halloween stuff for my son's class that I have not even thought about my swap...Plus I have to bring the Carolina Girls scrapbook with the pages done from our Cola get together...I have yet to start that...So I will busy all next week.
I have a total of 13 adding Sally and Kim was still on the fence so a possible 14. I am going to go ahead and probably do 18 just to be on safe side. That is completely up to you guys!!! I sent out the secret sister swap assignments this morning so everyone who sent me answers should have an email. If you don't, let me know. Remember, this is just a fun swap. Shouldn't be any more than $15 and can be handmade or store bought. I tried to match up Charleston girls with Columbia girls so that we could each get to know one another a little better. Looking forward to seeing everybody. We are going to have a great time!!! We will have use of the kitchen to warm up stuff if necessary. I am not sure if there is a microwave or a stove or both.
Oh, also, the Church has not asked for anything to lend us use of the Fellowship Hall but it was announced in the service this past morning that our Food Bank that supplies needy families in the local area is running dangerously low. I know these are lean times, but I was thinking that if you could bring a canned good or two that would be so great. I will have a box there to collect them in. Thanks girls!!!!

Since you are bringing so many things, can I bring the name tags for people not participating in the name tag competition. I got a copy stand for my birthday, so I am ready to take pictures of all the swaps. I will probably bring crackers and portwine cheese in addition to the ice. I can't wait to see you the 18th!

Officially jumping off the fence here, I will be able to come. For food I'll bring a pound cake. I enjoyed lunch Thursday and look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!!!
I am getting so excited. I haven't even designed my swap yet! YIKES! Guess I better get on it! My hubby has been gone way more than he's been home so I've had house and child duty 110%. Crazy days! Thankfully he gets home tomorrow instead of Thursday so I won't have to wait until the very last minute!!
