Arlene I hit the store in Myrtle Beach today
and the one in Mechanicsburg on the way to SC
and I'm horrible at packing.i have tons with but not the right stuff
had hoped to finish up for in the woods but I will rush through them when we get home
I only have a 4 high top table to work on.😒

I finished my NVRs (I was insane to do about a million die cuts for those cards!!! ) and have my shoebox samples done with kits started. Sadly it’s time to pack everything up because we start the long drive home on Wednesday. I did go to Blue Moon Scrapbooking today and spent at least a hour looking at everything twice before I bought a few little things.
Shoebox done and kitted. Think I have NVR figured out, and hopefully I'll find time to get it done today or tomorrow. I have a very busy schedule the next 3 weeks, so need to get a good head start before hand.

I was at another event over the weekend and someone was sad they missed signing up. Is anyone thinking of not making it? This woman has offered to fill in. But, of course, she would need to know earlier rather than later.

Good Morning all. Working on my recipes now. I have an idea for my shoebox, finding an idea is usually my hardest part. So that’s good. Looking forward to seeing everyone. I am also looking forward to trying my hand at monochromatic card front. Something I never tried before.
Today is recipes.
Still need SU only and a shoebox project. Hope to get all stamping done by Sunday/monday so I can put the room in ship shape and cook/bake.

Hi Ladies! I already updated Nancy.....my son got confirmation that he & his doubles partner will be playing in the Sectionals tennis tournament starting Saturday, May 18th. It's going to be my last chance to seen him play - so I will be going. As such - I won't be able to attend this event.
I plan to pre-stamp my shoebox project, and will make kits for everyone. Heidi said she will bring those, along w/ my monochromatic swaps, to the event for you guys. (Thanks again, Heidi!)
I am bummed to have to miss this event.....i was worried this was going to happen. But, I don't want to miss out on seeing him play. It'll be his first time to Sectionals....and his last.
Linda Callahan has a scan-n-cut she no longer uses. She is offering it up to anyone that may love it. Works fine just needs a mat and probably a blade. Anyone interested?

what’s the learning curve on that? I’m interested if I can learn to use it in the next year, lol

I’ve started my first shoebox and NVR samples in the past couple of days. My brother set up a table for me in his guest house for my craft projects. Of course, it is covered with all the stuff already because I had to dig out what I needed so I’m going to have to clear off spaces for my die cutter, glass mat and MISTI! It doesn’t matter where you craft you always end up with 6 square inches of usable space!
