No rules. The card swap you just make as many that sign up for the swap and we will take a few minutes and swap them.
Nametag, we will have a contest and everyone will vote and winner will get a prize, not yet determined what it will be.
OK. Sounds fun, so sign me up, but I just need to get things spelled out a little clearer, maybe in lower case or something (like I'm definately NOT smarter than a 5th grader ;) )
So,
#1 - I'm making my shoebox swap, and bringing all the pieces for as many people that are coming like at the first one I came to and we rotate so we make all the "shoebox items" and have lots of cool stuff to take home
#2 - I'm making/completing a full card for as many as sign up in post #73 to swap with just those people
#3 - I'm making one nametag for me with my name that everyone will vote on and hopefully mine will be the prettiest, or funniest or bestest, or whateverest and I'll win a prize........
#4 - I bring my salad so we can all eat (thats important)
#5 - I can bring some door prize items so we can have door prize drawings and all win some fun stuff (I won a cool door prize last time) and I have some cool stuff I can bring.
#6 I bring myself and have a blast, I can't wait to see some of you again and meet a bunch of new people.......
I'm excited, this will be a lot of fun, an yeah this year is going by way too fast, but i'm so glad the snow is finally gone.....it seemed like it snowed FOR-EVER down here and I know you guys up North got it so much worse,
I love having my windows open finally now if Spring will just stay around for a few months that would be cool....
Hi Julie! It is nice to hear your "voice".. I am excited you are coming and hope you will consider signing up for the additional card swap and name tag contest.
That sounds good. Julie and I are in Orem so we can pick you up at the Park n ride there if you want.
Missi, we may want to extend the time a bit earlier or later. We had 12 people attend at the one in Park City and didn't have much time to eat and stayed about 1 hour past what we had planned. We all had so much fun chatting too so that is probably what made us go longer. So we could have done 12 in 4 hours with time to eat. Since we have more attending this time (yeah!) can I suggest 9-2 or 10-3?

I think we have the clubhouse until at least 4pm. I'm not sure how early we can get the key. I'll check with my sister to confirm the time frame this week.
Also it's great to car pool. There aren't many parking places so we may have to have some meet in the parking lot at the Centerville Roberts and then I can "shuttle" them to the clubhouse.

Shereel - we would be happy to carpool with you. Send me a PM and let me know where you are at. I'm in south Orem so I'm sure wherever you are, we can swing by and pick you up.
Tricia - I'm getting my cities mixed up. I see that you are in PG but was thinking of AF for some reason. Is there a place by the new exit that you could park at? Or the 5th East exit in AF? You tell me where and we'll get you. You won't be left behind!

I'm pretty sure I'm in for them, but I don't know what Becky's time is going to be like. She's taking a class this semester and works full-time, so I'll let her "speak for her time"!
My inlaws just told us they are coming that weekend for my BIL's graduation at the U. (It's only taken him 10 years to get his bachelors so I guess it should be a celebration.) So, I am going to have to bow out this time. :(
I know you will all have fun and I won't be having any :(
:( I am soo sad. I wish I could tell you to come anyway but I know how important family is.. Have fun with your family and if you want to participate in the card swap you still can. You just have to get the cards up to the shoebox swap that day somehow and we can include you in the swap. At least that way you can still get something out of it and don't feel like you missed it completely..
I edited the first post to show the sign-up deadline and I changed the time to 10-4. I hope that's OK with everyone. We only need 2 more to get to 20, so talk to your stampin friends and see if they want to come!

I bought rub ons, ribbon slides, paper flowers and a few other misc items. I had to take my 5 yr old DS with me and I was a little surprised when I went through my bag and saw some of the things I brought home with a little help from him.
They had the Runway wheeled totes in Lavender for $30. I think they retail for over $100 so if that is something you want, it would probably be worth the drive. I actually only went because I was going to see a friend in North Salt Lake and it wasn't that much further to Centerville from there. Somehow I manage to justify it every time it comes up.
