Wow Anne! I had no idea about RubberBuggy! It would be such a loss to the area if she went out of business! I'll join in and urge everyone to go visit Kris's store. She has great classes and is such a nice, helpful person. It would be very sad if she was no longer doing all that she does!
To answer the questions, the products for the swap can be any manufacturer. Just please use high quality cardstock.
Anyone else who was thinking about joining us, please do! It will be lots of fun!
Will have to see if Rubberbuggy is still in business though. Yep, you're reading that right. I was there for stamp night this past Friday & Kris (the owner) said that business is way down & she's fearful about the future of the store if things don't pick up in a hurry.
So I am asking all of you who are in the Lancaster area or might be visiting there soon and are in the market for some new stamping/scrapping goodies to visit Rubberbuggy. Kris is such a super person & has worked exceptionally hard to create an awesome store & classes - I for one would be crushed if she had to close.
Let me introduce myself..... Nancy (StampNScrappinQuee) came to your last 'fling' and talked me into coming to this one!! We are trying to get another Lancaster (New Holland) friend to come with us..... Joanne (mammallama). Maybe she'll post soon!!
I am looking forward to meeting everyone!!
I live in Lancaster.... Denver, to be exact... YES.... right across Lancaster Ave., near one of you ladies... (not sure which one)!!! I have been stamping for about 10 years. I have a 16 year old son and I'm married to one of the nicest men alive!! I work as the 5th grade Teacher's Aide, and Library Assistant at my son's school.... Lititz Christian School. We have 4 cats... making me a TRUE catnut!! ;)
Um.... also.... I guess I should make myself known as one of the "PROCRASTINATORS" I am sure I'll prepare for this SBS in "Panic-Mode"!! BUT.... sometimes I can get SO much more done while in that 'mode'!! tee hee!!
Not sure if this is where I mention it, but I would like to bring some things for BST.... please sign me up for a table (or part of one). Nancy and I could share.

Joan the stamper that is practically in your back yard is OhMyInkyFingers - Carol Kruger. You guys need to meet. Can't believe how close you two are.
NO IDEA yet what I'll do! I'm waiting for my Sale-A-Bration order to come - so maybe I'll use something from that?! I'm excited about getting started, though!
Thanks Nancy for referring another person to our get together! Is there anyone on SplitCoast Nancy doesn't know?! Just kidding! I'm always amazed that all of us live so close together but would have never known it!
Me too! Can I join you ladies? I'm from the Hershey area and know Caroline from my workshops and she raved about how much fun this was the last time.
I look forward to hearing back if I made the cut.
Thanks!:-D

Absolutely Becky! You are more than welcome to come! I will PM you with the payment info! Wow! Only a few spots left!
Thank you Carol and Leo and Jamiee for your payment! The card was adorable! I put that set in my sell pile for the get together but your card made me want to take it out and keep it!
Don't forget everyone, checks are due in a little over a week!
Wow! I'm loving this snowy weather! We had a 4 hour delay this morning so I got to stamp for the first time a long time! I've got my shoebox swap card picked out and I placed a SU! order for supplies, so I'm getting there! I'll have to post a picture as soon as I get the camera out. Anybody do anything fun in the snow today? Any snow angels out there??

I live in York and it takes up almost an hour to Reading depending on traffic. I know from our house to Dover, DE its about 2 1/2-3 hrs when we go down for the race in Dover.

Kris @ Rubberbuggy sent out an email a few weeks ago about Paperoni going out of business. She bought some of their stock & a display for her store. I went to Paperoni a week ago Saturday & got some stuff - but it was definitely picked over.
I live in the Denver area too (Schoeneck to be exact). I can't believe how many people live close to me. I unfortunately can't come to the swap due to prior commitments though. Just wanted to say hi to everyone in Denver. Was just at Rubber Buggy on Saturday and really hope that they don't close. Too many local stores closing around here. I love Rubber Buggy, the scrapbook store in Lititz and the stamp store in the Mennonite woman's house in Ephrata.

Hi - i live in Lititz but work at Lester R. Summers, Inc. right across the street from the "Green Dragon" on Reading Road. My office is the dispatch office which is on Garden Spot Road. You are really close to me. I don't know if you know that Modern Memories in Lititz closed down. the only store left is the one in Brickerville (Pages in Time) and the L & L Rubber Stamping in Ephrata - Mennonite woman (Lorene) in ephrata (Reamstown)
All of you ladies seem to know each other so well - will I feel out of place if I come by myself???
I'm scared to come on my own. I'm afraid that I'll have no one to talk to, etc.
Still waiting to talk to the hubby!
Don't be afraid to come...that is the way to meet everyone. I've only met most of these ladies once in December. In fact, when I met them all in December I was by myself. Now I'm going to meet them again. Come on and give it a try. you will ahve a great time. I'm bringing two friends of mine. That's all. You said something about Dover, de. I went to College at Wesley College (manymoons ago it seems) Are you in dover?
