Sara and I both made an extra packet for our cards for Sara (Chicagogirl) along with a scanned picture of the card. We stamped any parts, needing stamps. Do you want us to bring them to the swap or do you want us to mail them to her. Sara came up with the idea that if she went to the trouble of making the cards, she might like to get something in return. This is our thanks to her. Let me know which you prefer and thanks Amanda.

Jane, that is a wonderful, thoughtful idea! I think we should all do the same! That way she'll have a whole bunch of cards to play with when she gets back from her trip!
I believe one of you is a Creative Memories consultant if so can you please PM me - I am in DESPERATE need of tape runner refills so any you may have on hand and I would like to grab a case or 2.
I'll be collecting everything for Sara at the swap. I have her swap box and extra swap goodies that you all will be getting. I plan on taking pictures of all the cards at the swap and posting to the meade blog so this will help her along at home (me to if I don't have time to complete them). So I'll have collection bag going for Sara. Thank you for the extra stamping you and Sara are very thoughtful sweet souls!

The only CM lady I know didn't send her payment for the swap so I'm not sure she is going to be at the swap. I have some Mono refills if you need it.

dang...I tired mono once but got hooked on the CM runner, I dont even have the mono runner anymore. I may try the search engine for our area - I am sure there is one roaming around on Meade!
I am so looking forward to Saturday. I plan to bring Oriental Salad. Do we need chips or anything? If so, I can certainly bring that as well.

And what time do the doors open?
Is there anything else I should bring besides my swap project, door prize project, adhesive and food?

Hi Audrey! Amanda can tell you more about what food items are needed but I can answer your other questions.
The swap starts at 10:00 a.m. but there are several of us getting there at 9:00 a.m. to help set up so if you'd like to come and help out we can use all the help we can get! Also, you should bring scissors and a bone folder if you have one. Looking forward to meeting you on Saturday!
Oriental Salad sounds great! Yes if you want to bring something else along with it that would be good.
I bring my stamping bag I put lots of stuff in there. A bottle or two of primas, brads, gel pens, scissors, red tape, pop dots. I kinda like to make the cards my own sometimes. Not everyone does this just a few.
Other than that you sould be all set!

I'm waiting for Tracy to get home so I can pick up my Stampin Up order. It was to be delivered on the 27th. I sent Keith over on the 28th and Tracy's DH said that it wasn't delivered.....Eeek I hope it was/will be there today. I need like three sheets of celery cs to finish my cards.

So I still have not figured out what to bring LOL anyone got any ideas of something yummy main dish wise I can bring in a crockpot!!! If I had 2 crockpots or a rice maker I have tons of ideas LOL but the one pot is limiting me LOL I think the baby is frying my brain!!!
okay next swap someone needs to go shopping with me and if I grab anything to alter that is not a perfect square smack me.....I thought I learned my lesson with the wagon on odd shapes LOL apparently not, all i am saying hahaha
My hubby missed some required meeting last week and has to go into work from 11am to noon on Saturday. My plan (if we can't find a sitter) is to come in at 9am, set up my crockpot with chicken taco stuff and my cards, leave around 10:15ish and be back by 1:15ish. I'm really hoping a neighbor can watch my kiddos so I can stay and enjoy the day.
