Stamping in the Woods, A day filled with stamping, eating, laughs, & friendship with people who enjoy the same thing as you do. There is a lot of things to go over so don't hesitate to ask any questions.
Theme: There is none!!
Cost: $25.00 includes a small gift bag, all money will be spent on the event.

You will be added to the list once your payment is received. There will be no refunds once the event is closed but you can offer your spot to someone else. There will be 25 spots available, once filled we will close the event so we can start crafting. If a wait list is needed we will start one.
Communication: On Splitcoaststampers go to Forum than go to Get It Together. This will be the main way of communicating including the final numbers for the shoebox and swaps. So please subscribe, Check in often & chat.
Arrival Time: Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. so we can start stamping by 9:30 a.m.
Shoebox Project Guidelines: - A full card with QUALITY cardstock (CS) layers & embellishment(s) or a simple 3D item.
- Projects should take no more than 5-10 minutes. Sometimes less is more.
- Bring all of the items to complete your projects any special adhesive & tools.
- Making kits is encouraged and very helpful. Supplying sleeves or envelopes are optional.
- You need to precut and score the cardstock.
- To reduce the time spent you can emboss or die cut anything for your project but don't pre stamp.
- PLEASE bring a few extra items for any Oopsies.
- Your project will be set out in the morning you will move your project will not.
- Post instructions unless its obvious what to do. Include your name.
- During introductions you can give a brief explanation about your card or any special instruction.
- You will need TWO completed projects 1 for at your project and 1 for our helper of the day.
- Please don't sit at a shoebox project if you are not working on it. There will be empty tables to sit and visit or finish your projects.
- Your project items need to stay with your project until the end of the day. If you need to leave early please make arrangements for someone to bring your supplies..
TIPS - Please consider doing parts of your projects later. Take photos so you can finish later. Maybe save your coloring for later. If you get done early maybe offer to help someone who is falling behind.

Please
include your name with your swaps. Use a address label, sticky note, or just a piece of paper. For swaps not going to be reused you can include your name on the back.
ATC are to be numbered with your name.
FOOD- Please bring a dish to share, let me know as soon as you know what you are bringing. I will have BBQ Chicken for our main dish. There is a big double door cooler, a microwave, plugs for crock pots. No oven. There will be bottled water, some soda, & Coffee. Please feel free to bring your drink of choice.
DOOR PRIZES-We are hoping to have something for everyone, so donations are welcomed.
BIG SHOT & EMBOSSING AREA- We will have Big Shots & Heat Gun for you to use so you don't need to haul yours. Just bring your embossing powder.
NAME TAGS- We all love to meet new stamping friends. Handmade tags are great to see how creative we are, but if you don't have one we can give you one when you come. (If you went to the STAMP & SWAP I know you have a Beautiful one from Mary Ann. Please include your Split Coast name.
CONTEST- We will vote on our favorite Shoebox. Winner will get a prize!
GARAGE SALE- If you have items you would like to sell there will be a table set up for that. You are responsible for pricing them and collecting your money. Free Items can be brought as well. We all know we have things we don't use but someone else might love to.
OTHER- Please label your personal items. Bring lots of adhesive. Bring something to put your finished projects in.
