Joan B and I are going to organize a get together in the Alexandria / Annandale VA area, we are curious how many people would be interested. This would help us to know how big of a place to get. Would you like it to be SU only or a little more liberal in the stamps? Please respond to this thread if you are interested and indicate your preference on the supplies.

I would be interested definately. I marked ant stamping equipment but of course it will be heavy on the SU supplies. Can friends come or only for SCS, because I know someone who may be interested.
I would love to have a get together. I also maked any stamps, but SU paper and ink. But I can go all SU as well.
Edited to add that DH and I will be in Jamaica May 21 - 27. I hope it is not then.

Cool! I would love to participate in an SCS get together. I will be out of state for 3 weeks from April 16-May 7, so I really hope it isn't during that time. It would be so much fun to meet all the SCS'ers in this area!

Anyone can come, so if you know someone interested (and you can vouch for their character) feel free to sign them up when official registration starts. We will post sign ups once we get an idea of how many people are interested and we secure a location.

Please let us know what dates people are not available, we will do our very best to try to organize it when everyone can make it, we don't want anyone left out, but of course there is no way to guarantee it. Thanks for the interest, I was part of the TX gathering and I would love to meet the stampers up here.

I would love to come!! I'll keep checking for dates and the location. It takes around 1 1/2 to 2 hours for me (depending on traffic). I'm going to Va Beach June 12, 13, and 14 with my daughter, my mom, my aunt, my cousin and her 3 daughters and my other cousin (no men lol). I would love to meet stampers from here.
I am interested! Were you thinking about sometime in the spring or summer? My April and May are busy except for Memorial Day weekend. June and the rest of the summer are free for me (so far)!
i might be interested in coming depending on when you hold it! i know some SCS people around my town (Stafford), and i will let them know about this thread. i can do all SU stuff for a shoebox swap (is that what you are thinking of?) or can be more "free" with stuff. my cards usually end up almost all SU anyway, except possibly embellishment stuff. that, you never know!

I'm interested depending on when it is. I'm in Williamsburg-I think it's 2 hours or a little more away. I voted all SU but I'm OK with SU and NVR embellishments...

I would be interestd too. I have a couple of friends that might be interested. I will be gone June 9-11...going to Dresden..love my baskets almost as much as my stamping!!!

Depending on when and where it is, I might be able to come out from the Shenandoah Valley. I'm definitely interested, but would need to know more details so I could work out childcare arrangements before I can commit.

Getting married May 7, so it depends on when it is...I can only do Sundays due to my job...Joan B had a really fun shoebox swap that I went to last year, so I highly recommend this if she's involved!

I'm subscribing to this thread! I can't do weekends...which probably knocks me out! I have quite a few SU stamps, some inks and 2 colors of paper packs...but I also have lots of TAC stamps that I can bring too... :smile:
