Dinner on Sat May 26th, 2007 will be at Brewsters at Oliver Square
Right, ladies-- this has been a little bit of a heartbreak for us as we didn't anticipate how hard it would be to make reservations for a group as large as us. After mulling over several restaurants and finding out it would cost too much for a set dinner (Sorrentino's, Syrtakis), or that they could not accomodate groups as big as ours (Sicilian Pasta Kitchen), or that they don't take reservations (Olive Garden), and rather strong reactions against the Old Spagetti Factory, we checked out Brewsters. I know, it's a chain. I wanted it to be something local but this was not to be.
So- I did manage to make reservations for 30 people there. I looked at their menu and was pretty surprised- they have a good assortment of dishes, all in the range of prices most of you said you'd be willing to spend. It ought to work for most people.and they have a pretty good assortment of beers on tap and I am sure they will also make more feminine drinks too.
