Well, last time was such a blast that I'm doing it again. I've had some requests to host on a Sunday for all the stampers that work on Saturdays so I thought I'd give it a try. Here are all the details. If I get a full waiting list, I MIGHT be able to adjust the swap a little so we can have a larger group but we make half the cards and be given half the cards. More on that later - IF it even needs to be mentioned.

Who can come: Any Stampers are welcome - but we�re limiting it to 25 attendees at this point.
What: Shoebox swap and gathering using current Stampin� Up! products
Where: Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (do not mail money here) 2148 Gallows Road, Dunn Loring, VA 22027. Please park in the rear lot and enter through the double doors.
When: Sunday, February 17, 2008
Time: 9 am to 3 pm
How: E-mail Rose-Ellen at
[email protected] with your intentions, and then send in your payment and registration form. Your name will be added on the list as tentative until I receive payment from you. Sorry, There are no refunds.
Cost: $10 per person. This registration fee covers the room, pizza lunch, drinks, and snacks. Registration forms will be accepted until February 3rd.
What do you need to do?
Create a full card using current Stampin� Up! supplies and bring enough supplies for everyone to make one (25 attendees and maybe some extra pieces for mess ups, please). These supplies should include everything you need to make your card (pre-cut card stock, punches, embellishments, accessories such as markers or WWC or pencils, etc). Include a sample of your card and directions on how to make your card. Each attendee will supply their own adhesive which they will carry with them from table to table. You should label your adhesive since it will be moving around.
Lunch!!
We will provide a pizza lunch and drinks (water, diet and regular soda) for all attendees. You can munch at your own pace and get back to stamping when you are ready. There is also a soft drink vending machine on site if you are interested.
Optional 3D Swap
If you want to participate in this optional swap just show up with prepared 3D item of your choice to swap with the attendees. Examples of 3D items could be coasters, candles, dominoes, accordion books, coaster albums, magnetic bookmarks, glass bead magnets, etc.) There are NO VENDOR RESTRICTIONS on the optional 3D swap. Please note on registration form if you are interested in participating in this swap so we can get a tally of total swaps needed. After the February 3rd registration deadline you will be notified of how many 3D swap participants we have, and therefore how many 3D swaps you�d need to prepare. � This is for adults only, so please register only if you�re 18 or older
� We�ll provide nametags if you need them, but if you have one, feel free to wear it.
� Please remember to bring your own adhesive (and scissors or snips if you�d like to have them with you). It is a good idea to label your items since they will travel from table to table with you.
� This swap will be using current Stampin� Up! materials.
� You might want to bring a camera to document how much fun we�re going to have!!
� Feel free to bring your �garage sale� items (retired items only please) for trade or sale with other attendees, but if you�re a demo, please, no selling current items at this event. You are welcome to have business cards handy if someone wants one, but this is a stamping event, not a �selling� event. Feel free to bring your own catalog for reference though.
� We�ll provide brown �lunch bags� for you to put your shoebox cards in at the end of the day.
